            On March 22, 2021, this business cashed my check # ***** for $700 as a down payment on a replacement awning cover. On April 13, I was informed me that deliver of my product should be within four weeks. on June first and on June third, I left voice mail messages. My calls have not been returned. On June third, I sent an email message to the representative, *****************************, ************************** My message has not been acknowledged. I have a copy of the contract and a copy of my cancelled check.

            I have been working with this company since August of 2020 and the they can't get my backyard completed. They wouldn't communicate when Sub-Contractors were coming and they thought the Sub was out working on the project but, not. I'm on the phone constantly calling to get out project completed. They put in pavers in which were the wrong color, the yard wasn't graded properly, the bar top isn't level, an outlet doesn't work, and there is more that is not completed. We are still trying to get our project completed. I asked the Owner to call me and he never did. I wouldn't recommend this company from our experience.
