    On Friday March 22, I received something I legitimately purchased from them. It was a plastic bricks flower bouquet and I was satisfied with my purchase.Then, to my surprise, at 11pm on April 16, I got a text message from them notifying me that my purchase of ***** from Gear Elevation had shipped, and told me I could check the status by pressing on a link. When I go to the link there is no information there.So, at the link it doesn't say what they sent me, only that it is order #GE105535 and thank you for my order and that it has shipped.When I contacted the company, they said that when I bought something earlier, I clicked the checkbox to subscribe to a ***** USD membership that automatically charges me every 3 months. So the company refund policy is here. ***************************************************************** They don't give refunds for the subscription fee. I think they purposefully do this to defraud customers who only wanted to buy one thing and by default, were subscribed to an expensive recurring plan. If you ****** the company's name at the ********'s BBB, you'll see many similar complaints about them. I contacted them, and they blamed me for subscribing for the plan and that there's no refunds. *************I invite you, the receiver of this complaint to pretend you are shopping on their website:********************************************* you add something to your buggy, and then go to pay, the checkout button is huge. And the information about the subscription is below the checkout button in an area that displays on my screen only if I scroll down, and if I don't click Checkout / Pay right away. Most of the time, people want to pay quickly and get out. If they designed it in a way that not everyone can even see the subscription fee at check out time. I think this is a fraudulent business practice.

    Do not shop with this company. I ordered 1 item for $50.00 The item looked nothing like advertised and was broken when I received it. I had to pay shipping both ways and pray I will receive my refund. After this process I then found they charged me $59.99 membership fee, which must be an automatic charge, as I signed up for nothing. So far they have charged me $110.00 for 1 broken item that I have returned. DO NOT order from this company.
