I placed an order for two hip braces. My card was charged yet I received no email regarding a confirmation of purchase, nor an order number, nor any shipping information. I have attempted to contact this company several times via the phone number provided as well as the email address as their site stated 24/7 support yet haven't been able to reach anyone nor have received any contact back. I ordered two items from this company (and managed to get charged a shipping fee of $5.99 per item). Neither fit. Both are exceedingly poor quality. The company claims to have a customer service department, and if one wishes to return an item, they need to contact this department and get instructions on how to return the product. I have written four times and have received NO response whatsoever.I see on the web--a little too late, unfortunately--that this company is not to be trusted. If I can't have a refund, at least I want their reputation (which is already bad) to suffer even more. It would be great if they went out of business.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on the companys website on February 8th. According to their website shipping for the US takes between 3-5 business days. Here it is the 19th of February and I still have not received my item. Money has been taken out of my account and still no delivery date. I checked the tracking and my package has not moved from their warehouse in *******. I emailed the business support to see if they knew what was going on with my package. No one has emailed me back.This is completely unacceptable. I just want a refund. Nothing more. They can keep the items since they havent even shipped yet. I ordered a Womens Shoulder Brace-Sleeve from Brace Professionals online on December 19, 2024, Order #***** for $25.98. I received the brace and determined it did not fit or meet my needs. I checked their return policy, called their contact phone number and was directed not to leave a message at their designated phone number, **************. Rather, their answering machine instructed me to email them at: ******************************************************* I have sent them (3) emails asking for instructions to return the shoulder brace over the course of (3) weeks. I have received (0) response from them. They are completely MIA.I am filing a complaint against the company for their lack of responsiveness to my request for a return of the item and a refund for the item. Although I did receive the shoulder brace, Im not able to return it or get a refund. Their printed refund policy specifically states it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Because they are not responding it is now pushing that 30 day ******** afraid they are a scam company. I will be contacting my credit card company to charge this purchase back to them. I ordered items on 9-27-23 order # ***** and had to return them. Because they were on sale, they would not refund me. (Entire website is on sale for this reason.) They offered me a store credit which I did not want to use at the time. Recently I have tried to use the store credit. I have called them three times since 11-23-24 and they will not answer- they tell you to email customer service. I ordered a knee brace on 10/29/24 for $23.90. The brace was delivered on 11/5/24. I realized it was not the proper brace and tried to call and email the company multiple times to return the knee brace but they do not return calls or emails. I ordered compression support sleeves. They sent me 2-XL ones I needed 2 medium. I called the phone. Number you get a recording I tried to go the the email that t(hey tell you Togo to and when you put it in it won come up. I went to contact us got a pho 3 number that showed up in t(e e-mail address ************ tried to send them an email and it said failed. I have called back a number of ti es and still get the same recording. How do I get to someone that I can talk to get a refund or exchange. This is very poor business practice. Can you help me.
