      Untruthful Advertising. I had an appt to see a used truck, confirmed it was still available 1 hour prior to arriving. 15 minutes before I arrived the sales man called me to say It just drove off the lot. This was in ******* and i had an appt at the ***************** in San Tan at 5:00. Called and confirmed the truck was still available and was told yes. 4:45 a different sales person called to tell me truck was just sold - but they had others. Two different locations with the same scenario! Next day i received an email from ******* stating truck price was lowered!!! Had a friend call the dealership and was told trucks were still available. This dealership is not trustworthy and uses faulty advertising to bait you. After my experience i went on yelp and found out others had been victims of them as well.

      We understand the disappointment you must feel after missing out on a truck that you were interested in. However, we would urge you to reconsider your review. The vehicle you were interested in absolutely existed, as all of our inventory does. It just happened to sell to a nice retired couple from Pine shortly before you were able to get here. We would like to point out that our consultant did call you prior to your arrival, which is the opposite of a bait and switch tactic. If we were a dirty dealer wouldn't we wait until you arrived to break the bad news? He also texted you two hours prior to that phone call. "Hi ***, just to let you know, you can place a deposit on this truck to ensure no one comes in and starts a deal before you get here." You're absolutely correct about one thing though, the great prices we post are definitely designed to get you in the door, but they are also meant to sell cars, not make people mad. Again, we understand how disappointed you must've been to receive bad news, in rush hour, after a long drive, but we can assure you that we were 100% honest with you. I would invite you (or anyone) to come down to our location and we can go through our posted inventory together. We promise that we will be able to show you/account for every single vehicle on our website.

      I bought a truck from this dealership on August 28th, I work in field where I interact with a lot of people and a majority of them said to use this specific dealership. I needed a newer & bigger vehicle due to my family getting bigger and I had a family trip coming up so thought I would take advantage of this beautiful Silverado they had. Everything went smoothly, salesman was great, only complaint I have is I didnt get my spare key programmed so I currently only have one. Its been a couple weeks since I purchased the vehicle and everything was going great until today. I finally took my family on vacation in my new truck, no issues until we drove back today. About in an hour into my trip my RPMs dropped and the engine light came out. I pulled over to make sure everything was okay and even waiting about an hour hoping it would reset and it didnt. Luckily I made it home and Im hoping its nothing major but the dealers response was not what I expected. I called in and told them and they told me to take it to ***** since its through the manufacturer. Mind you, I havent even made the first payment. Extremely disappointed in their response and attitude towards the situation. I work for a really big company and the customer comes first always and in this situation I feel as they just got my money and forgot about me. I will never use this place again and will definitely pass the word along to everyone I know and interact with.

      I had a horrible experience at ***************** on ************** the week of 28th. I test drove a 2022 Jeep xe on a Wednesday evening and on Thursday morning I contacted ****** as soon as the dealership opened and told him that I wanted to purchase the car. We discussed how to proceed and were in the midst of working out final financing details when ****** called me at approximately 11 am to tell me that another party was interested in the vehicle and was coming to see it at 2 pm. I asked ****** what I needed to do to secure this vehicle. He informed me that I needed to put down a deposit, which I immediately did. I completed the financing paperwork, per *********************** direction, and ***** told me that he would have an answer in 10 minutes. I did not hear back from either ****** or ***** until I got a text at 6:26 pm from ****** informing me that they sold the car. The bottom line is that Thursday was the last day of the month, so these employees were looking for the fastest deal that they could get, regardless of how this affected potential new and future customers.I did speak to ****, a manager at the dealership, about this and he was apologetic. However, that does not change the situation. I have been looking for this particular car (color, mileage, model) for 6 months. Additionally, the new salesman, *******, lost commission on this car. Very unfair to him and a horrible climate for any employee, especially a new one.I feel that this dealership promotes underhanded, unethical, cut-throat business tactics. I am still getting emails from them asking for my business and if my questions were answered. I always reply and explain the situation but NEVER hear back. I'm sure that ******************* be interested in hearing about the business conducted by two of his employees and how this is affecting his business.I should have looked on Yelp before even visiting this dealership. Bad reviews. Unfortunately, I can't give ZERO stars or else I would. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

However, we would like to point out that you have heard back from us.We had two different managers that excel in making our customers happy, reach out to you to try and offer solutions. You said the only action that would be acceptable to you would be for us to pull the Jeep away from the customer that came into our showroom and purchased it. Unfortunately, this was just not an option as that customer was equally invested in getting the Jeep they wanted.

      The worst car purchase of my life. DO NOT BUY HERE! I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee here and 1 month later i had to bring it in for water pump issues. I've had my Jeep for a year now and its been for service over 10 times. I got it back yesterday and it needs to go back again. Same messages still coming up. They've replaced my AC, 4 water pump changes, new engine and other things. And i still can get a healthy working vehicle from this place. Weve spoke to ********************* the ** and get no where. I sent him this email aside from many and no response, My car needs to go back, I picked it up yesterday. I had three error messages and supposedly you guys fixed it. Change the water pump replace the valve did whatever the heck you guys needed to do but yet again, Im still getting those error messages. when is this going to end honestly? Please if you think Im exaggerating go do the research, the work and look at our records how many times Ive been there for this car how many rentals Ive had to be in an out of every single time I take my car out of your shop theres an issue you guys didnt put my cabin filter, something wasnt closed correctly. My husband had to go and fix it like theres always an issue every single time I literally take it for an oil change and next day issues are happening and now I needed a new engine. Its ridiculous. What am I supposed to do with my car now the same messages are coming up that I complaint about and you guys supposedly corrected. What am I supposed to do about my car? I have kids is my car not safe? What are you going to do about this?

      Before I purchased with *****************, I was really concerned about reports I had read online that said that Chrysler Pacifica's have had powertrain issues. I brought this up with my salesman, and he printed a paper stating that all recalls with this VIN had been resolved and that they do 167 safety checks to make sure the vehicles can be resold. I buy the car and drive it with my family, and throughout the week, I notice rough shifting and brakes that pulsate the car to a stop. I call ***************** CJDR before my 15 day/500 mile grace ****** is over and their sales team is impossible to reach. I was sent to voicemail 3 different times over the span of 3 hours/day before I told the front desk that I need to talk with literally anyone because my grace ****** would be ending. The manager I finally reached encouraged me that "they aren't that kind of dealership" that wouldn't help me with my problem. I'm then told to bring the car in for a technician's inspection. When the inspection is done, the technician acknowledges that the brakes do pulsate, but has no recommendations, and that they "reflashed" the transmission. Within 24 hours of having the car back, both problems are still there. I call the sales team repeatedly, I ask for a refund, they say maybe we can work out a trade-in deal. When I drive there to meet, they suggests that I can pay $16,000 MORE dollars for a newer model and that they'll take off $1,500. I tell them that isn't exactly my idea of working out a deal. I suggest that if we can find models that weren't brand new, that we could work something out. They said they'd find out for me. A couple days I call back, no one found out for me, told me not to worry, they'll call me. A week goes by and I find 4 models on their website that no one contacted me on. Go into their office to try to work with them again. To which they comment I'm past the grace ****** and would not budge a single dollar off any listed prices. They do not care the second you've signed!

You're right, there is a big difference for a vehicle 5 years newer with less than half of the miles so we couldn't go straight across on the deal.       Over a year ago my truck started leaking air because of one or multiple bolts broke. I took it in and they fixed the problem but a couple of weeks later I started hearing a small leak which I didnt think anything of. After months of that the noise got louder n louder so I started getting worried n got it checked. I knew it wasnt the manifold bolts again because it sounded different this time. I went and got new tired and they told me it was coming from the ****** that connects to the manifold so after a couple months I finally decided to take my truck in to ***************** in January. When I showed up I told ***************************** what the issue was and exactly where the noise was coming from because I got it checked by a ***** of mine. I told him it was leaking air from the ****** that connects to the manifold. He told me he would get it checked by the tech. I had to call because they never called me and like always he said he was just about to call me. Told me that both sides of the manifold had broken bolts and the parts were on back order and told me they fixed the ****** problem. As soon as I heard the truck coming I knew they didnt fix anything cause I could hear the noise still. they told me it would be two weeks like four different times and that was because I called then to ask about the parts because they never communicated with me about nothing. The guy on the phone would always tell me two more weeks n that I was second on the list and to this day 3 months later they still havent called me to tell me anything so I gave up on them and got my truck fixed somewhere else where they actually know what theyre talking about because they told me it was the ****** n come to find out ***************** tightened the ****** crooked and busted it which the air was coming from there exactly what I told ******* was the ************ said they supposedly fixed. I ended up having to pay $190 because ***************** never did anything about ****** got tired of hearing my truck sound like c***

      Do they really want to sell? I called the service manager for which I had spoken to before for and asked for an in on a good salesperson. He gave me the sales manager's name and I soon spoke to him. He lined me up with a SP and I drove a vehicle and was looking to buy a Gladiator and Compass. To start I did my research online and both vehicles he priced, were 4 to **** over website price. He then offered me **** for a vehicle I was offered 4 to **** more by ******************** and **** and I just sold for *****, booked ***** plus. I was a little disappointed, because I purchased my Power Wagon there and my uncle retired from ****, so I thought I'd give it another try. So, I sold the car and had a good down and called ***** back. I received a single word response. Weak! I'm thinking customer service and sales are last on their list.
