    This company does not stand behind their products. I bought a slave cylinder delete kit for my 370Z that was manufactured by this company through a local speed shop in my area. After only 18,000 miles, the clutch pedal began to feel snatchy and the engagement was inconsistent. I took it back to the speed shop and they told me that the issue comes from poor finish of the metal that some of the interior components are made of. I reached out to Concept Z, and while they did agree to warranty the parts, they refused to warranty the labor (which is only necessary because their product was defective and needs to be replaced). They refused, citing their company policy which might technically be legal, but is incredibly unethical to say the least. The representative I interacted with openly admitted that this company is aware of the problem, so I don't see how they can sell these kits in good faith without being willing to make exceptions in cases like mine. Do not do business with this company. If they treated me like this, they could do the same to you.
