Worst experience. No phone access and they take their ever-loving time getting back to you if they do so at all! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! And having a h*** of a time getting a refund for something that was never sent!Review from Greg O

Sent them 330$ on my **** and got nothing they said they couldn't verify it which is ******** nor have I got my money back yet. Then they told me to use PayPal! Really! Why would I send another 330$ when I got nothing for the first 330$ nor have I got my money back! I would highly recommend not using them! There's something very shady about this company. I placed an order for parts more than a week ago, and it has been stuck at the ***** label generated" status for over a week. I have been unable to reach a real person, as both the phone and email systems only provide automated responses. I've been without a vehicle for over two weeks now, and despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I have not received any response from a human being in over a week. Due to the lack of communication and the failure to deliver the items I paid for, I am left with no choice but to dispute this charge on my credit card. It is frustrating that they have not provided any explanation for the delay in delivering an item that was supposedly in stock.Review from Joe R

The ability to talk to a physical person is impossible through this company *** design?) when you have an issue with parts there is nobody that will return your call. And of more serious concern by all is that our credit card was hacked right after a bad transaction with this company. Stay away from this company!!! On 6/10/23, I ordered a fuel level sending unit for my Porsche Boxter. Their website verified fitment with my VIN. What they shipped was a totally different part. Made numerous attempts to contact them to resolve this issue. Their phone numbers go in a big circle - back to "want a call back" "leave your information, and we will have one of service members get back to you". This company is a big sham. No customer service, and I'm stuck with a part that does not fit my vehicle. I will be researching their corporate structure and will be filing a Summons and Complaint in my State. I am so offended of their rip off techniques, and don't care how much the filing fees or out of state proof of service costs. I'm going to get these guys!Review from kevin o

This company is bad. I got a part that was not even close, what the web page stated *****. They sent a black plastic part not the chrome plated metal piece that came on the ********* I am still trying to get my return money. Because I can't get them to return an email from customer service. I tried to use their return site but it won't show my last order, so I can't **** the item as required, to make a return. I can't get them to return an email or return a call from there customer service.Review from Vasile N

They don't responding.dont refund my money back..dont have phone number to call. I am sanding emails and they dont care about my emails
