    Would not use this vendor again under any circumstances we payed for overnight shipping but parts seem to be stuck at point of origin. They have almost no customer service ,no phone service once they get your money you are forgetting.Pathetic

    Buyer beware! this place is shady they did not have my part and now it's taking them several days to return my money and I can't order another part somewhere else because they are holding my money The last place that did this kept part of the money. Do not buy from them they don't have any way of contacting them directly which means they are a scam.

    Terrible, no service, no shipping/order info for 3+ biz* days, overcharged shipping and couldn't even get a label printed from weekend to end of Weds. Gas lighting me in emails acting like I've done something wrong here. Terrible service, no contact number and rejecting incoming return calls, email me rather than shipped order or updated info, and called before 8 am leaving zero messages and cannot return call. Wasted my week here hoping I'll get a reimbursement at very least for having been ripped off and let someone hold my cash for this long. The next seller I found shipped immediately with tracking # for 25% the cost. ****

    I have have purchased parts for my Mercedes projects from them in the past. The last part I ordered, their website said it would fit my car. But it did not. I contacted them through the website about the problem, and no response. I called their number and a recording said contact them through the website. So I did again. I got a short response, saying the part fits my car. Then they asked what my VIN was. So I gave them my VIN. Then no response. I have emailed again. No response. ******************************* the CEO says all their employees are customer service oriented. I sure have not seen that. Customers are ignored. No correct part replacement and no refund. They still have my money. And I have a part I can not use. Very poor.I am a very disappointed customer. Just be aware, if you buy parts from them, you may lose your money.

    Horrible customer service. They sent me metal poles instead of a trim piece, stood by their employee of 20 years who packed the package and accused me of returning an item different from what they sent me. I am out $88 and still do not have the part.Horrible company, avoid at all costs. They will not respond to any inquiry unless prompted by third party such as PayPal.

    Worst experience. No phone access and they take their ever-loving time getting back to you if they do so at all! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! And having a h*** of a time getting a refund for something that was never sent!

    Sent them 330$ on my **** and got nothing they said they couldn't verify it which is ******** nor have I got my money back yet. Then they told me to use PayPal! Really! Why would I send another 330$ when I got nothing for the first 330$ nor have I got my money back! I would highly recommend not using them! There's something very shady about this company. Avoid at all cost.

    I placed an order for parts more than a week ago, and it has been stuck at the ***** label generated" status for over a week. I have been unable to reach a real person, as both the phone and email systems only provide automated responses. I've been without a vehicle for over two weeks now, and despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I have not received any response from a human being in over a week. Due to the lack of communication and the failure to deliver the items I paid for, I am left with no choice but to dispute this charge on my credit card. It is frustrating that they have not provided any explanation for the delay in delivering an item that was supposedly in stock.

    The ability to talk to a physical person is impossible through this company *** design?) when you have an issue with parts there is nobody that will return your call. And of more serious concern by all is that our credit card was hacked right after a bad transaction with this company. Stay away from this company!!! This should actually be a zero star rating!
