    Trucker path I had downloaded from the ****** play app the trucker path GPS. While driving the truck, it was not able to find me for a portion of the time. I was in the rented U-Haul and I was not able to find my destination. Someone else in the truck had a different app and was able to guide **** tried several times to cancel it through ****** but as the charge doesnt post for a week, I was unable to cancel it within the 48 hour window. Also, there was no receipt until the purchase showed up a week later.. As soon as I received a notification from ******, I immediately attempted to cancel the charge but all it did was cancel the account moving forward but charged me $159.93 for a defective truck GPS system!I then went to cancel it at my bank but they said they cannot help me, only ****** can. I then reached out to the ****** who said that Trucker path said that they could only cancel it for next year.I basically bought, for $159.93, an app that I tried to use once, which was defective, tried to return it, and am out $159.93!Please refund my money as the app was defective. Thank you

    I signed up with trucker path hoping to view loads.I got the approval through the company I work with.Paid $75 dollars to access the load board. While trying over and over to fix the issues to access the load board I told them after two weeks to either fix the issue or refund my money. They hung up and now refuses to answer my calls.

    I wished that I had of done my research regarding this company. I too signed up for the free 7 day trial. After a couple of days, I found that the loads they were logging as available wasn't, couldn't register to get loads for one reason or another. I was not able to cancel subscription, prior to the 7 days trial. Don't know how I was not able to cancel prior to 7 days over online. And they now have my money. I'm just not sure if I'm too late to file a claim, or if it would do me any good. Just beware!

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY OFFER A 1 WEEK "FREE TRIAL" THAT THEY MAKE ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. THE ONLY CANCEL OPTIONS VIA DESKTOP COMPUTER IS TO EMAIL A REQUEST TO CANCEL WHICH THEY IGNORE. THEY THEN CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT AND DO NOT REPOSOND TO EMAILS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUSTS. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE + ************* ABOUT ** TIMES, IT CRASHED 39 TIMES AFTER SELECTING WHO YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO, AND THE ONE TIME I GOT THROUGH TO SOMEONE WHEN THEY REALIZED I WANTED TO CANCEL THEY HUNG UP ON ME! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IT IS A SCAM!!!
