    Southwest Gas refused to use my LIRA discount on my account.

    I have been receiving bills for the last three months for almost $50 the house has been empty nobody has used any hot water or stove or anything to cause the bill being this high I spoke to the person in customer service he agreed with me it should be half of what Im being charged because of non-use no one has the key to the house but me I inherited the house in October have not been back there since November Ive gotten bills each month as if the heat is on or the stove is being used.Whoever is reading the meter is making a mistake possibly either way theyre not willing to investigate because its after the fact I have proof that I am six hours away and the house is empty
