      Hi, Tyler

Sorry to hear you had trouble with your ****** Tundra.

It looks like you have had a oxygen sensor issue for Bank 1 sensor 2. (P0137 and P0138 codes) Diagnosed by ******************* These codes have to do with the oxygen sensor malfunctioning due to wiring issues.

We used OEM grade aftermarket converters on your truck, for what I am guessing was stolen converters. When the thieves steal these parts they are not careful with your wiring harness and they often rip out the oxygen sensors instead of un clipping them.

Because you have a P0137, which is a low voltage code, and a P0138 which is a high voltage code. I suggest having a mechanic look at the wiring harness leading up to the oxygen sensor connection. We specialize is exhaust repair and do not normally diagnose or repair items of this nature.

If you have any other questions or comments please feel free to contact me directly at our Glendale location.

I brought my 2010 ****** Forester to Performance Muffler for a secondary Catalytic converter. They cut the old one off and welded a new one on. On my way home I noticed a smell of something burning. When I arrived home I opened my hood and noticed a green grease like substance splattered all over my engine and the new catalytic converter. I called Performance Muffler and asked if the put any type of oil to help the welding process and they replied, no. The next day I took my auto to ******************** and upon their inspection they discovered a cut in the passenger side cv boot which holds axle grease. The rubber boot is located directly above the front area of the catalytic converter. The mechanic suggested that it was probably cut by a saws all when they cut the old catalytic converter off causing axle grease to splatter as I was driving. I had to replace the entire axle at $388.00. I returned to Performance Muffler and they put my ****** on the lift for inspection while on the phone with the owner KNA *************************. The service person returned to me with an old catalytic converter with some green grease and stated that this is proof that the boot was leaking prior to them servicing my vehicle. I stated that the car was fine before I brought it in and afterwards there was axle grease everywhere. They refused to accept responsibility. I again stated that I would have noticed if it was leaking earlier because the smell of burning grease would have been evident. They still refused to accept responsibility. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.
