***** was my LO and really helped out my family in a tough time. I tried a couple of other mortgage companies but it took forever and they kept asking for document after document. When ***** called I was super hesitant but she assured me it would be closed within 30 days and would be an easy process and it was!I appreciate what they did from great client service to the great rate I received!Review from Jessica G

We had a very good experience working with *********************** on the refinance of our property. He was quick to respond with emails, and even texted us important updates after hours. A refi always takes time, but we really appreciated ****** keeping us in the loop throughout the process. He was professional, polite and easy to work with. There was a little hiccup in what the final amount of the required appraisal ended up being, but ****** actually offered to take it out of his very small commission. I declined the kind offer as I know how much work he put in to get us locked in at the low interest rate. Sign off on all the paperwork was seamless. They had a notary set up quickly to come to us at our convenience (we live out of state from our property). Yes, I would recommend Transparency Lending and *********************** specifically.Review from Julia T
