      What a hot mess! I am blown away at what a poor experience I had with this company. THANK GOODNESS the phone rep. ** was too incompetent to take my payment (after 4 attempts) BEFORE telling me she would have to cancel or reschedule my appointment, since the groomer MeMe is refusing to come to my part of town (far North **********/**********) on Friday since she will be in Mesa. FIRST OFF, how did I book an appointment online for Friday 8/19 at 5pm if, in fact one was not available? SECOND OFF, when the system (Wix a very dumbed down platform) did not charge me the deposit mentioned on the website, but I did receive the email confirmation for my appointment (picture attached) I called and spoke to **. I exhausted patience for the rest of this entire month trying to work with this person. She could not readily give pricing, she could not confirm exact pricing (get a list, a sticky note, text it to yourself, use COMMON SENSE please!). I added a full service to the add-on appointment (nails trimmed only) that I booked while on the phone with **, although she could not give exact pricing, she estimated about $85. Then after we had confirmed all these services for the originally scheduled appointment date/time (8/19/22 at 5pm) she neglected to mention a $15 travel fee. So odd to me, how they would charge a travel fee, which we were happy to pay, then double back and tell me they are refusing to keep the appointment due to the travel distance/routing/location. She refuses to take my deposit on 4 occasions, finally cancelling the appointment saying Meme would not come to my area on that date/time although I have the confirmation email from online booking. Read the Reviews. Go ********** and ********* You will see a common theme of promising 1 thing and not delivering whatsoever, using lame excuses and trying to blame it on the customer. The person ** she has answering the phone knows almost nothing and is causing things to go from bad to worse with her incompetent apathy.

      The day they were supposed to show up, they said they would be an hour late. 2 hours go by and nothing. I tried contacting them that day and telling them I just wanted a refund since their no **** to be found and still no contact or refund.

      I would give a zero if I could. I would HIGHLY advise people to stay away from this company! They had an appointment booked at 9:30 and communicated through their website chat function that they have changed it to 1pm, the day off I waited for an hour and found the email late but accepted the 1pm time only for them to tell me at 1:15 they can't come until 2:45. Then they gave an LOL when I expressed my frustration with their communication and service after I waited all day for them to show up TWICE. If you want to be given the run around, go with this company, but I wouldn't recommend such a disrespectful company!
