      Aqua science always arrives within the time limits the office states. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. ****** came to replace our garbage disposal at the stated time and within 45 minutes had us up and running. Very satisfied with Aqua Science and ******. Highly Recommend.

      I feel Aqua Science was very fair in their product they sold me. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing he needed to do was schedule a time to come back and show me how the product works. To this day, I would rather have someone come and show me how the water softener works rather than read through an entire instruction manual. Other than that, they were great to work with.

      Hi ****! Thank you for the kind words and the review. As I read through the job notes, it doesn't appear that anyone was home at the time of service and install. Fortunately, the system that you purchased is very much a "hands off" unit requiring only that salt be maintained in the brine tank. Other than the annual or bi-annual service inspection, there isn't anything that you need to do as a homeowner. Let me know if you have any questions?
