    I had signed my son up for classes and shortly after I was hospitalized for an ongoing medical condition. We had moved to be closer to doctors appointments so I could receive the care I needed while on disability. My son had only attended 2 classes in total. I reached out to the owners to let them know of our new address and that we were 3 hours away from this location. I thought they would be understanding of the situation and they absolutely were not! They wanted to charge me thousands of dollars and refused to assist me. I reviewed the contract and there was a clause that said if you moved over a 50 mile radius the contract would be amended. I told the owners this and they said theyd fix it. They never did and two years later they are still harassing me. This is the text message I received today from the owners. This is ******* from Phx Krav Fit. Looks like your account is in collections. Did you see your credit score lately? Huge drop. We can help you CANCEL it out. Let me know if interested, as late fees have skyrocketed the balance.

    PHX Krav Maga, ***********************, continued charging my bank account after my membership had expired. I submitted a complaint with my bank on the charges after I notified **** (more than once) that he was still charging me after our membership agreement was expired and he continued to charge me. The bank provisionally credited me for 16 of the 17 charges. They denied one transaction because of how far back the date was. I only agreed to a 26 week membership. **** used coercion and gaslighting to try to convince me I was in the wrong and owed him the money and he kept insisting I signed an "automatic renewal" on the agreement. I was not given any paperwork stating I was signing up for more than 26 weeks, nor did I sign anything stating I agreed to an auto renewal after the 26 week membership. After going back and forth in texts, **** text me a copy of the membership/financial agreement, which I was never given a copy of before. **** forged my name in the auto renewal portion of the contract. My signature is the one at the bottom of the contract which is consistent with the writing at the top of the form where I filled out my personal information. I did also file a complaint with the Maricopa County ********** **** about the forgery. See the attached supporting documentation for full details. (Total Amount of Damages is Pending at this moment. I was charged for 17 payments of $49 after the membership expired, the bank provisionally credited back 16 charges of $49 at this point which is pending review with the bank)

    I signed up to join Phx Krav Fit January of 2020. During that time the Covid pandemic had began. I told the business I did not feel comfortable going there due to the class size and no social distancing. While attending class I caught the Covid virus due to Phx Krav Fit not following Covid protocols. I was not able to attend and wanted out my contract. They did not honor my request and continue to harass me for payment. It is going on 2 years and I receive non stop calls and letters in the mail from Phx Krav Fit. I am seeking a resolution for this problem, for it is causing mental anguish for me and my family due to the constant harassment from this place of business.
