**This company is a scam** I contacted Appliance Repair Center to have my washer repaired. They said a tech would contact me to schedule, which he did.He scheduled 7a to 2p and when I didn't hear from him by 2pm. I had to call company to find out when he may think he would be arriving. Once he showed up, he asked me what the washer was doing or "not doing" and just glanced over at the washer and standed "it's the pump, I need to see if we have one, be right back" and went outside. When he returned, he said they had one but he would need to come back to do the actual repairs. No date set for the repair. On the second visit the tech (*****) asked my boyfriend to move the washer away from the wall for him and he would give us a discount (which didn't happen). He did what we thought was a repair and asked to be paid via zelle or cash and left after explaining to just call the office if we have any problems and it would be covered with the warranty.Since my boyfriend and I were heading out of town that evening for a vacation. We opted to do a single load of laundry, just to make sure it was draining/spinning before we left. Upon our return from our getaway and to our surprise. When we started our laundry and the washer struggled to drain and spin (same problem). I called and left a voicemail for the repair company to come out and fix or warranty their repair I paid for. . They stated that the previous company owners retired and they took over their phone number. (Highly unlikely in less than 2 weeks).. He stated they have nothing to do with Appliance Repair Center, All Brand and ************* Appliance Repair Centers and they have nothing to do with warranting the work and they don't travel to the East Valley anymore. You have been warned.. BEWARE of this scam they are pulling
