    Ordered a magazine subscription on 12/20/24 and never received it. Emailed the company regarding the status on 3/8/25 and havent received a response.

    The summer of 2024, date not on receipt. Two young men sold us magazine subscriptions supposedly to support their college attendance. The "customer copy safety system receipt" numbers were ********************* was on the receipts they us. We never recieved the subscriptions.

    Sorry for the inconvenience there could be multiple reasons why magazine didn't get delivered its possible magazines got discontinued  or address could be incorrect please email company email on reciets for a full refund .

    there is no phone number provided on the receipt. I contacted the company twice at the website provided on the receipt foreign in advance of contacting the Better Business Bureau.  I received no response. Additionally, the receipt says there are no cancellations after three days. Nonexistent customer service and again, no product.

    If you have   your reciets please follow the cancelation policy on them for a full refund all refunds are threw check form in the mail upon reciets being mailed in and I can assure you the young man didn't walk away with any money our customer service emails are answered daily as well sorry for the inconvenience but I can assure you we will correct any issues with your order .

    I have already followed up with the general "contact@" email address to let them know the check bounced and received zero response. I reported the check to my financial institution and they said they would flag it for future potential bad checks being passed. The only acceptable form of refund now would be a cashiers check. I will not continue to go back and forth with a company that is circulating bad checks. I will not get myself mixed up in your fraudulent and Federal crimes. ot from where he was. He instead proceeded to stick his face into my bare foot and smell my foot. Feeling violated, I decided to end the interaction quickly and determined to cancel the order as I did not want anything further to deal with the organization. I emailed their "customer service" *** and was instructed to follow the refund steps on the receipts. I followed the instructions to mail the copy of the receipts within 3 days if intending to cancel. On Sept 3rd I received a refund check in the mail, deposited it, and on September 5th my bank notified me that the check had bounced because the payee account had been closed.

    There is no fraudulent or federal crimes commited we have no control over banks and when they decide not to put the checks threw  the company would not issue a bad check knowingly it would. Not clear all refunds checks went out for a second time sorry for the inconvenience and hassle on your refund but your refund is in the mail for the second time it's up to you if  you want to cash  it or not but we will reissue checks thanks and have a good day

    Bought a subscription from a young man going door to door in my neighborhood back in June of 2024. We have purchased subscriptions from C2C Subscriptions LLC before, and they delivered as promised. However, I've been notified that the magazine I ordered and paid for in advance has "been returned to us and we are not able to fulfill it." The *********************************************************** I either want them to deliver the magazine I paid for as promised, or refund my money., There is no way other than snail mail to contact the company, and I'm beginning to agree with recent reviews proffered by disgruntled C2C **************** customers that this company is deliberately scamming people. I've sent a review, and offered C2C two options - send me the magazine I paid for as promised, or refund my money. I have done some research, and this magazine I ordered is a current publication.
