    December 12th 2023 1:19pm Received 3 calls in a row follwed by extreme harrasment and bullying while at work resulting in an injury to my hand. I am transport truck driver and was packing up my trailer for the next pickup. It is required to answer call through bluetooth expecting a call from dispatch regarding logistics. Immediately the man on the phone demanded I pay the loan immediately yelling "You will rot in jail for fraud!" During this call I injured my finger nearly cutting the tip off of my finger and told the man on the line that he is disrupting my work, I just injured my hand I am hanging up. In his response "go cry to your mom while you rot in jail you big baby grow up and pay your loan back" I have pictures and call logs and the injury was reported to my employer.In previous email exchanges I had offered a payment and was told it was already sent to collections. They then changed their story and demanded money. Loan amount was $800 and payments had previously been sent.At one point I had been woken up at 3am. They had called 60 times in a row between 3am and 4am.I will possibly be suing this company and do not believe they should be permitted to operate a business given their severely unprofessional methods of harrasment and bullying without a way to reason with them. I felt threatened and they have disrupted and disrespected myself and with calls to my family stating they will repossess property. Please help shut these guys down.

    This business is not a legal business . I took out a ****** loam and have paid 2****** back. Because they told me I was late on multiple times when I wasn't and so they blackmailed me for 2 years that they would put my file into collections and have all my references harassed. So I spoke with the rcmp and they recommended to stop sending money immediately So I did. And they stayed true to their word and proceeded to harass everyone I know. They used my sin number and put a bunch of inquires on my credit report to ruin my credit. They would call and call and call all day and night with threats and emails. This is currently a still.on going issue. Do not !!! Take a loan from these criminals!!!!

    Company called 500 times A day harass me friends family and place of work is rude just want calls to stop

    Debt Collectors contracted by Sonic Cash ************************************* question's place of employment, harassing co-workers and causing severe disruption. On October 31, a *************************, from International, Collection Ph- ************ called 12 times, on Nov 1,called 87 times, and today, called 56 times. ***** said he did not want to be transferred which is the only to talk to the person in question, and would call continuously, hanging up as soon as someone answered his call. There is no way to contact *****, or Sonic Cash **************************************************************************************** their workplace with continuous phone calls. We have tried several avenues to contact said businesses with no results.

    I borrowed a sum of money before i did my research on this illegal company! I missed a payment and they started calling me my workplace and my references non stop back to back with bot calls resulting in no calls coming through and I work in healthcare so they were tieing up the phone lines. When answered most times it was dead air the other times it was a rude ignorant person on the line threatening whoever answered. They call all hours of the day and middle of night using blocked caller . *** asked to see how much i owe and they dont reply just keep sending me payment reminders and if i dont pay they start bot calling immediately. There is multiple reviews when you ****** them all negative and soing the same to everyone in ******. Nobody can find out the identity of this person or persons! They have started calling saying they are from *************************** being very verbally abusive and i am going to loose my job over this I have no idea how much i have paid them as they wont answer my inquiries

    This company constantly called me to get in touch with my son. I suffer from dementia and called over 100 times in one day. They co,pany is out of business and have contacted the police

    I got a loan from them about a month and a half ago. I made my first payment back and then I fell and gurt my leg at home causing me to not be able to work. And I am currently on ei but cannot make payments and told them this. But they still keep trying to take it out if my account. My account is now milus over 300 from nsf charges from them. They have made calls to my work place over 80 times this morning and many other times and other days. They called two of my contacts over *********************** 96 times the other day. My contact ovet 50 this morning and me atleast 50. I have asked them to stop and they refuse. And just keep telling me it's not them.

    Illegal harassment, I receive on average 100+ calls a day from sonic, looking for an individual that is not even me. yesterday alone, 200+ robocalls. This is not even borderline harassment, it is harassment hands down, unprofessional and a massive disruption to my daily life. I am presently working on a formal civil complaint in *******, and will take legal action if necessary.

    My husband took out a loan for 250 through Sonic Cash. Unfortunately shortly after he signed a consumer proposal to consolidate his debt. In doing this he is protected under the bankruptcy act. Sonic cash started calling today. They called his place of employment nonstop for 6 hrs. Meaning customers trying to call through were unable to get any help. When someone was able to get this guy from Sonic on the phone he was belligerent and rude. Cursing and swearing at them. He also contacted my husband's 3 references 300 times each and my husband he called every 2 minutes for an hr and a half until my husband paid him 40 just to get the harassment to stop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THIS IS CRIMINAL HARRASSMENT ANR THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

    ILLEGAL HARASSMENT!!!!Date 08/23/23 I received a phone call at my WORKPLACE from a debt collector at "international debt collectors". The caller went by the name of "****". He called me asking about an employee that used to work here at Northcoast Building ************ about 7 years ago. The ex-employee in question took out a loan with this company and the debt collector was asking all sorts of info in an effort to locate him. Questions like "Is he suicidal? Does he have a pacemaker? Do you know anyone that could reach him? All of which are in-appropriate. I confirmed the last known phone # he could be reached at and told him i would not be giving him anymore information. Minutes later we started receiving "Anonymous" calls repeatedly. The phone rang and would not stop ringing. Every time we answered there would be nobody on the line. This went on for more than 2 hours until we were able to halt to calls through our phone provider. We did manage to call this collector twice at ************** which was the first number he used to call us from. He said the calls would not stop until we gave him more information on how to reach his debtor. "What's his ex-wife's number?" and "Give me the name of one of his friends that can reach him!" were some of demands he made. Meanwhile the phone kept ringing non-stop. We are a large business with more than 80 employees. Customer's were not able to reach us. We were not able to make outgoing calls. Our phone line was effectively held hostage. We were able to reach the ex-employee in question and he confirmed he owed a sum of money to an online payday loan service called Sonic Cash 500. There is an incredible number of complaints related to this company. Some of them much worse than my own. We did call the local police and were told there was nothing they could do. It was a matter for our phone provider to deal with. This business is predatory and apparently un-regulated. Please contact me if you need any more info on this.
