My Complaint is exactly like the complaint from 04/25/2024. I was called on July1, 2025 by a person using the name ******** Blundt. phone ************ offering me this great opportunity with Amazon FBA. She also uses the email of ****************** The offer involved the payment of $5000 to Logical Enterprises ********************* , ** via Credit Card on July ******.. The customer service representative was *** Qaurells ************ email ********************************************* ******** said The initial inventory was $20000 and once I paid that to ***************** at *************************************************** via wire transfer thru ******************* at ******************************************** Routing # ********* to Acct ********* 7/7/2025. She said an additional sum of $40000 was required by ********** to assure that the inventory would be maintained to assure ****** 2 day delivery requirements. This was made in 2 forms of payment of $20000 each. ! by another wire transfer on 7/23/2025 and the other by personal check 7/18/25. During all this time ******** was in constant contact with me assuring all was going well and we were just getting the inventory setup so that we could launch my Amazon store ( Serenada) on August ******. On August ****** she began telling me there was a delay in the inventory but her team was working on it and I could never again get her to give me any dates for the store and communication stopped completely with not response from calls texts or emails, except a contact from her says her phone was broke and she was getting a new one. she claimed the text was via computer, but it came from her phone. It is obvious that this is a very large and organized scam. involving more than one entity.Initial Complaint

After a phone call from a link that was on ********, I was told of this great opportunity to have a store on ******, where I would make good money. I paid $5000 on a credit card on 12/15/23 and was given details. After several weeks someone contacted me on February 8th, 2024, saying my store was set up and I needed to buy products. They purchased 15 items @ $22 each, saying that they were a good seller and I paid them $330. 1 sold in April leaving 14 items, total value $308. Later that month I spoke to "***" saying to cancel everything and refund and she told me that quote"I have taken it upon myself to purchase the 8 lip gloss " total price $51.60 and she told me that refunds were not an option. One of these sold, leaving 7 @ $6.45 = $45.15.I then realized that this was not the money-making business that I was told it would be. I was also paying ****** fees each month of $45 which I was never told about. In June, I told them again that I wanted out and to close the Amazon store. I stopped paying ****** fees. I have called and left endless messages regarding this issue. Since I signed up with them, the original people have left the company and also their name has changed. I sent them details on September 26th asking for the return of the, now 7 products that were purchased on my behalf, 7 @ $6.45 each also the remaining balance from the original payment of $330 minus one @$22 total of $308 minus $45.15 total $262.85. It seems that the original items from the $330 have disappeared. According to my calculations, I want refunding $262.85 plus the 7 lip gloss (7 @ $6.45) or $262.85 + $45.15 + Total $308.00 It is bad enough losing $5000 from my own stupid fault but the $308 in products, is just not fair. I am 75 years old and still working. They go by 3 different names ********* logical solutions logical enterprisesBusiness Response

Better Business Bureau:
I really did not have much choice as they eventually sent me a check ( $340 ) for the items that I had purchased, and it came with demand, that, if I cashed the check, I will stop any future contact or demands from me, for any reimbursment that I may try to claim in the future. I would like to have had part or all of the refund from the $5000 that I paid them in the beginnig.
Regards,
*** ********

On June 17th 2024 I received a phone call from a person named ****** ****** who identified as a Fulfillment Business person (the Director)with ******. I found out later in the month that she was working from Logical Enterprises. She talked to me about having a store on ****** and I would make money and get paid every month. I was told I just needed to make a payment of $20,000 to get the store going. I decided to invest my money and sent $20,000 dollars to Logical Enterprises on June 18th, 2024 from 5/3Bank.She then told me that a person named ***** would contact me via phone to be my liaison to setting up my store with ******. He told me to open a new checking account which I did. He told me another person would call me to tell me more details about the store. That person never called me or emailed me. I called ***** back and he answered and said that he would call me back when he gets to his office. He never called me back and every time I called him, I would get his voicemail. I left several messages for him to return my call and he never did. I then called ****** ****** the Director *************) for help and not getting any response from *****. She said that she would get another person to call me and assist me at setting up my stores on ******. I waited a few days hoping to receive that call but I never received the call. I tried to call ****** ****** and the phone number was disconnected. I would appreciate any help you could offer me. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I responded to a ******** post about this company that sets people up to sell products on Amazon. They called me and hit me with a bunch of info about how it works including how much you will make a week doing this. they claim you will average between 5k and 15k per week. They started asking me about my financial situation and ran a credit report on me. the credit report was not bad but not great either. They said I would not qualify for Home Equity loan which i would need to get money to buy products to sell in my 'Amazon Store'. then somehow and I don't remember how, they said to get started they would I would need a credit card to charge $5000 and I could get a store. The mistake I made was giving them a card. After this phone call ended I checked into this business the next day and decided that I was not interested in pursuing this any further. I called the credit card to try to stop the $5000 charge but they said it already went thru. The company Called Logical Enterprises was supposed to call me on Monday but never did so I called them 2 weeks later was told I missed appointments that I knew nothing about. I then told them I was no long interested and requested a refund. they said that they don't give refunds and said I could do a low level store for the 5k. I later find out from another person at the company that the 5k is the cost of setting up the store and I would need to buy products to sell. I told them i have no additional money to buy products and the store would do me no good. Again I requested my money back and was refused even thou they know I am unable to continue. So I gave them 5k and still have nothing to show for it. I am 67yo retired and living on Social Security and stock dividend checks that come 4 times a year. I am low income. The people at Logical Enterprises should have been able to see I wasn't able to do this business when they ran the credit report but instead they just decided to see how much they could milk a senior citizen and they got me for 5k. I realize i was not very smart for giving my credit card without checking this out first because I did not fully understand how the business worked. I would just like to get my 5k back and be done with this. they told me they have hundreds of clients so why would they have to s**** me out of 5k. Their web site shows how much money you need to get into this business, wish I had seen the web site before I spoke with them then I would have known that I could not do it. List of people who I spoke with at Logical Enterprises.... ************************* ************ ***************************** ************ ******************************* ************ other numbers but don't know the name of person spoke with... 480 520-3183 480 864-0351 ************ (when they called me on this number my phone alerted me with a Scam Likely message).
