We have been helping people for the last 26 years in *******. We try to help everyone who calls as much as we can. We also do a lot for the community to give back. For each type on injury claim, there are different types of laws under ******* statutes. **** and ****** are involved in all clients claims once we accept the case. We want to always get the best result and give clients the best communication. Because we are so involved, we have to limit the number of cases that we accept so that we can provide the best to the clients that we do have. We do have other lawyers that we partner with to put people in touch with if we cannot take on their case ourself. For those cases that we do not accept, it is not because we do not care about those people but because we need to limit the cases we do accept so that we can provide the best legal results and service to others. We truly wish we could help everyone.

I do understand your frustrations. For our office, it is not just about making money but also having the time and attention to spend on each case. We also advance all of the funds to process the case. A slip and fall case usually requires a lawsuit which requires a complaint to be filed and service which the courts and process servers charge about $1,000. In a slip and fall case, you also need to hire a medical expert as well as a liability expert who can testify to the reasonableness and dangerousness of the condition, which experts are required under the law, otherwise the Judge per the law will dismiss the case.

Again, I do understand your frustration as it can be hard to find a lawyer for many types of cases. The reason you are likely having a hard time finding a lawyer is that the law for slip and fall cases is a very strict law and to win a lawyer has to prove many different criteria otherwise the Judge throws out the case. The law for slip and falls requires that a lawyer prove that the condition fell below the standard of care and that an expert is hired to testify what the standard of care is and why the condition was below the standard of care as well as proving that the condition was not open and obvious as the property owner can argue that the condition was open and obvious. The lawyer also has to prove some other things as well which require experts under the law. For a case like yours, the experts and court fees would cost about $20,000-$50,000.

Most of all for us, since **** and I are very involved in the cases, we have to limit the cases we take. **** still does all the trials and therefore we have to limit our number of files when it comes to slip and falls especially because almost all these types of cases go the whole litigation process and to trial. I am happy to talk to you personally as well on any of the above regarding your case.
