    The Matrix reliance , is a joke. Been out on injury since June of 2024 , received 1 month of my compensation that I pay for . The company canceled me with no notice , been jumping through all the hoops to provide documents . I am injured and should be focusing on healing but how can one do that when they shut you off therefore you can't afford your dr ****** nor have money to survive. I have had 4 different clame **** in 5 months nobody does what they say they are a bunch of theives. Than when you do contact them they like to play the game we will call you back on such and such a date and never hear from them. My savings is depleted, my lively hood is on the line and they think it's funny to mess with someone's being like they do is way way out of line. I have worked since I have been 14 years old and this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with ever. I can understand of there is tech issues and people being out for reasions, but I am also out of work injured , waiting on my back dispersments that are owed to me now for 4 months back. It's not that hard to hit the button that says ACH payment, and hit enter so the ******* can receive their benefits , make appointments with drs so they can get better to head back to their job instead of holding their benefits hostage and making the clament feel helpless during their recovery peroid. Yet once again big company keeping the small guy/ woman down. I wonder how the CEO, would feel if they had to go through what myself and many other are , with the bulls$%#. I am almost at my whitts end can't keep accruing medical bills with no benefits coming in , therefore can't get better if one can not afford to make the co pays and the prescriptions . This company is a joke a big joke , they take your money but refuse to fix their f@#$ ****

    Matrix is the worst company *** ever dealt with in my entire working life. I am having the same issue right now trying to get a hold of my worker and there has been zero communications on her end and as well as supervisors end..I have called left repeatedly voicemail messages and emails. Still no response with anyone. Sadly to say how does this company stay in business doing the same repeated thing to consumers and their businesses? What is it going to take to get this company shutdown? We pay our hard earn money just in case something may happen to us for protection and yet instead we are treated like we are criminals. This company got to be stop and I mean real quick. Playing with consumers money and messing with our emotions. A lawsuit is definitely needed for these situations and its time to start as of today. Im so sick of being mistreated and we are the ones keeping their business afloat and thats why they still have a job. I was wondering how can the owner and management let this happen? They are so unprofessional and very disrespectful for not returning emails or calls. I wish I could have gave negative star rating because the certainly dont deserve a 1 star.

    The services are horrible,staff barely communicate back. They rush you to give dates when sometimes you don't have for sure answers for at the moment. You have to give all your personal health information as ******* takes almost the time to return back to work to receive pay and bills get behind and some face Eviction they don't care. Matrix works with companies to set you up as if you not trying to show for work. If someone is in hospitals and doctors don't want to give false information before they know what's going on they pressure you for paperwork. If ZERO stars was a option definitely would be my choice. You constantly get voicemails of people who supposed to help you.......

    Can't get in touch with no one. My claims representative and the supervisors have not responded to my emails and phone calls. Haven't received a paycheck yet and bills are do. These people are HORRIBLE !

    Dont respond at all if you ask ***** ***** any questions she responds so rudely. Like Im the one in need of help not you. They dont like to answer AT ALL you could be dying and they wont help. ******* isnt help at all she doesnt pick up her phone at all. How do the customers or should I say clients get the right and proper information needed to assist with medical leave when they brush us off.

    Zero stars but I cant leave zero stars. Horrid customer service. No response time. I was jerked around and I it took a full week to get any response and I was dismissed and belittled. I hate that my company uses this place. I am seriously considering leaving a job I love just because they use this place.

    My wife is under ************* and being denied. So called, Representative ALWAYS has an excuse why something is not done. Refuses to return calls. States it takes 48 HOURS to receive a FAX. I have pigeons faster than that. Want to borrow them, or spend some of that stolen money and buy a new machine. NEVER returns telephone calls or communication, to us or Doctor.Lackadaisical about Claimant concerns or future. Could care less. Does not inform themselves about the individual or needs.VERY Disrespectful. Needs a ****** in manors. Either Needs to go back to training or what his daddy failed to do.Poorest representation of Corporate I have ever seen. Deals with person under ************** suffering from High Levels of Anxiety, First Stages of Dementia, Head Tremors and others. Every time he spouts off his rhetoric and non-caring attitude it makes matters worse.The Doctor and We have been asking for telephone number to **************** and has NOT yet given same. *********.

    THE WORST LEAVE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!I am on an intermittent **** for two different conditions under two different providers care The Matrix is currently denying my FMLA days picking in July 6 to be exact and one in August stating that I did not report my time on their portal in the lot of time per the company that I employed that I'm employed with policy I tend to disagree with this because I entered my days in on their portal receive confirmations that the days went through or the times reported went through and I screenshotted each and every one in addition to they requested that I would have to have a statement from my doctor giving a reason why I did not report my days on time and that they would submit it to my employer to overturn the denial decision I get a confirmation letter that four out of the seven days were approved there was nothing mentioned about the other three days so now I have to reach back out to the Matrix claims Examiner and get the other three days updated on another confirmation approval letter this is the worst experience of customer service that I have ever dealt with in having to take intermittent family medical leave if they fail to resolve the mess that they have created I'm following up with the US Department of Labor and in addition to I will be seeking the advice of an attorney who practices employment law if I receive any type of disciplinary action whereas the additional three days are not going to be covered under my entitled family medical leave my heart goes out to the many people on this website who have submitted reviews about the Matrix and All the Troubles that they are having as a result of them being non-compliant not following the policy denying people of their short-term disability and their FMLA entitlement The Matrix claims examiners and customer service team do not know how to respond to or to treat people they don't care they don't return phone calls they give you the runaround they lose paperwork

    my poor wife has had to deal with the idiots at MATRIX. she has been taking care of her dying mother for the past 7 months. she went through the same stuff as the other reviews. they never got the paperwork which was faxed., so her claim was denied and had to resubmit it all. then they needed more information. then they approved her for up to 3 days per week, for 1 month. When mom got worse and my wife needed more time off, the case worker told my wife she was making the whole thing up. my wife, in tears, went crazy. she asked for a different case worker, and got the same unfeeling, cold, twit, that she had before. at some point she received a call from this a**, saying you're approved for the next 60 days. my wife told her that mom passed away a few days ago. the case worker responded by saying, i will have to close this case, we don't handle bereavement. seriously?? evidently matrix management doesn't read these reviews because nothing is done to provide better service. but they have no problem sending a bill to the workplace for services rendered. if we did our job the same way they did their job, we would be out of a job.
