    Thank you for your feedback, we do value our customers and their time. At ********************** Brail ********************** and **********************, we understand that waiting for service can be inconvenient, and we apologize for the need to reschedule your appointment. Our team books general day appointments between 8 AM and 7 PM to ensure our technicians can stay on-site until repairs are fully completed, providing quality service to each customer.
    To minimize inconvenience, our dispatch team reaches out at least three times throughout the day to keep customers updated on their appointment status. We aim to give homeowners enough notice to meet the technician without needing to stay home all day. We appreciate your understanding of our process, which is designed to balance timely communication with ensuring thorough repairs. If you have further concerns or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Your satisfaction is important to us.

    I called George Brazil to come up to my home to work on my air conditioning unit it wasnt cooling ***** came out told me I had an issue with the capacitor worked on the capacitor for a while came in went up to the attic when he came back down he said I had a compressor issue and the price went from $400-$1200 when he added a compressor starter that cost ***** and he rigged the system so that it was a temporary fix but didnt call to tell anybody at George Brazil that it was a temporary fix he didnt put the correct parts in he just rigged it and left when they called back about my survey four days later I talked to somebody because the unit wouldnt shut off he sent out a man name **** to look at ****** work and he was completely flabbergasted and couldnt understand what was rigged up how it was set up why it was set up Ive called but I cant get them to call me back I looked up the parts the parts cost about $100 they charge me $1253 I want answers as to why he would bring up my system walk away from it not fix it or call anybody to let them know that he didnt repair it and just left it there as far as Im concerned he was trying to melt down my air conditioning unit he had that thing running at 27 Amo instead of 20 he was trying to get $12,000 unit out of me.

    Im sorry to hear about this experience, however, this is NOT a George Brazil PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL customer. We are requesting this review be removed as it was left for the wrong company. We do not provide Heating and Air services, that would be Quality Home Maintenance dba George Brazil Heating and Air.
