It doesn't have any medications in Spanish. Every medication my doctor prescribes me is never approved. It's rubbish. I deeply regret having chosen this insurance.

I was trying to get health insurance for someone who had a stroke and this company called after I filled out form online. I had a list of questions because when we signed up with another plan that didn't cover his doctor's we knew what to ask. After being put on hold several times he assured me the doctor was in network IMAGINE my surprise when I gave them the card today and they are NOT in network. Someone had been in the day before and its 90 miles to closest doctor. When you have someone that had a stroke it is not feasible. When I got home and called the number of the *** who took care of me. I asked for him of course but it might have been him. Didn't answer with his name or Company. When I tried to talk to him he was rude and so I said I was lied to and he said "well you are not the first ****** who was lied to and you won't be the last". Ask what I wanted said wanted different plan told me he couldn't. So I said you lied to me and I again got the not the first time and won't be the last one. Now he has got the money and we don't have coverage so have to start looking over again. They will tell you anything to get you signed up.

Fraudulent company! I never signed up with them and all of a sudden I receive a tax form in January saying I have to claim $5,000 on my taxes for receiving health care from them! I never even heard of them! I reported it, they did an investigation on themselves, and decided I am liable! I am appealing, but doubt it will work. What a total scam. How can the government allow this to happen?!?!

I want to give you a ZERO RATING! I DID NOT ASK FOR THERE SERVICE. I have insurance through my employer. When I tried to call and get the letter straighten out, they kept hanging up EVERYTIME I asked to speak to escalations or to the complaint line. I then called with my real insurance provider as well as my healthcare provider and we were dismissed also. Either placed on hold for long periods of time, transferred to people who didnt know what they were doing, or they hung up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND ILLEGAL TO SIGN SOMEONE UP FOR SOMETHING THEY DIDNT ASK FOR!!!!! I have a family plan through my job why would I call you? Never heard of an Oscar Insurance until now.

Review:Oscar Health Insurance is the worst insurance company out there. I underwent a corneal procedure where I was at risk of losing my vision. I spoke with Oscar representatives more than 10 times, and both they and the doctor confirmed the procedure was covered. However, after the procedure was done, they refused to cover it, claiming it was experimental. This is a procedure that has been ***-approved for over 10 years. If youve experienced a similar situation, please contact me. I am gathering people for a class-action lawsuit against Oscar Health Insurance.

Went through about 10 menus to get connected to a customer care service member, who's phone did not work and could not hear me at all. This business is a sham and a scam for subpar health care service. The reason for calling was they sent us an updated **************************************** 2024.

Like most insurance nowadays, Oscar is pretty bad, they will deny most of the claims and will go as far as denying anesthesia coverage for colon screening or refusing to pay for an hospital night stay which has been ordered by the hospital itself.Their coverage goes up significantly every year, the deductible is insane and every claim is a fight to make sure it is covered. They make you believe they are on their customer side but the facts prove ************ not sign up with Oscar, take your time to find a real insurance coverage.

First experience they put me in the wrong plan. Working with an agent and the marketplace still refused to correct it. Five months of no resolve I filed a complaint with ****************************. They answered the complaint saying it was my agents and my fault, but miraculously was corrected 2 days later. Second year I signed up for my plan, but they mailed me 2 id cards each with a different plan. I cant select my primary care doctor as she isnt listed but I called to get her assigned. Then it disappears periodically and I have to call to get it back. Their app is total garbage as it is a pseudo browser. Each issue I call about they claim is a system error. Then there is the prescriptions. Several calls to get existing prescriptions transferred, each time was never done. Couple weeks ago called to get all prescriptions off auto refill. Had to do it again today as they sent me the refill email. Heard horrible stories about Oscars auto pay so I didnt enroll. Now that I have a different carrier I removed my payment information. The 2 years I had the plan, Oscar was a monopoly in the marketplace as they were the only insurance for the Cleveland Clinic. This year I understand there is now a second insurer. Oscar is way overpriced and greatly underperforming.

I was sent to Oscar by my state for help in case of emergency. I have since got a new job with benefits and cancelled. Since then I have been harassed with bills an emails. They took money out of my bank account, it was returned but I recently received another invoice. I called the hotline they said they were transferring me to the state, the state transferred me back. The woman would not let me speak and sounded like she was reading from a script. If you need insurance Oscar is way too expensive and has no communication unless they take money from you for no reason. They have the nerve to send me satisfaction surveys??
