    I purchased the Bounce Curl product online. I washed my hair. I conditioned my hair. I applied the Bounce Curl cream to my wet hair. As I was applying the product to my hair I noticed that my hair was falling off and sticking to my fingers.

    I emailed Bounce Curl and told them that I experienced hair loss. I asked for a refund. They emailed back and did not provide me with information pertaining to a refund.
    They said they were sorry for the inconvenience. Like my hair loss was an inconvenience.

    I want a refund. Bounce Curl is a scam product. It causes hair loss! What woman wants hair loss?!

    Bounce Curl is a fraudulent company. Bounce Curl causes hair loss!

    I want a refund in the amount of $32.36.

Our team reached out with questions to better understand the problem, but we never received a response from you. We also followed up with additional information and a return label to assist you.     I have placed an order on the 25th February and paid the extra delivery to be arriving within 4 days. As I was buying this during my stay in the ** I gave enough time. On the 8th, I need to leave and the parcel has not arrived. This is 12 days later with no success. When contacting the team they were blantely forward me to the *** website. Today, 8th March, I requested a refund because it's way too late and I will fail to receive the parcel. They just said that they were not giving a refund because it's in progress. The company needs to take responsibility for the options they sell. I would like a refund so I'm filing this complaint as they failed with their part of the sale.
