5 starsER Tactical is an outstanding training organization, and *** is the best firearms instructor I've ever worked with! Training with ER has dramatically improved my shooting skills and deepened my understanding of real-world scenarios and how to navigate them effectively.Robs knowledge and experience are immense, and he's got the perfect background for this work, but his ability to teach truly sets him apart. He misses nothing, giving very specific feedback that makes every session more effective. He explains the "why" behind everything in a clear, practical way thats easy to understand.*** actively encourages questions and has had an answer for every one Ive asked (and I've asked a bunch). His instruction has challenged many of my previous assumptions, proving that what I once thought was good simply wasnt. What he teaches works, plain and simple.I also appreciate the strong emphasis on safety, which is so important.I highly recommend ER Tactical!Review fromJack S

5 starsThis organization provides world class shooting and firearms education to all skill levels, and has been a very fun learning experience. I love that over a course of a day, my skills and confidence can increase by an order of magnitude. Plus, the lead instructor and his staff are kind, personable, and not at all "bro science, tough guys." If you want to learn to shoot, or vastly improve your shooting skills, this is the place to be in *******.

My wife and I signed up for private pistol training and learned far more than we expected in our first session. *** has an impressive understanding of firearms and defensive shooting, and that became clear when we dug into the details on some of the things we discussed during our training. 5 starsER Tactical is an incredible place to learn, and get your skill set up. *** and staff are wonderful. The resume and skills are top notch, but more importantly the philosophy regarding responsible gun ownership and safety are what brings me back...again and again! I learned core shooting techniques that ive never seen and achieved draw times I never thought was possible for me. *** as a person is very humble and answered all our questions thoroughly and in depth. 5 stars***, the founder and lead trainer of ERT is probably the most knowledgeable and professional trainer I have ever met or worked with. This man really wants you to have all the knowledge and tools to protect yourself and the ones you love. He not only opens the floor to discussion on every topic he teaches but he will demonstrate and explain why the techniques he teaches work well and why he prefers them over other styles and techniques.I left the Pistol 1&2 course I took with him feeling confident in my own skills but hungry to learn more. 5 starsVery knowledgeable in his craft and a very patient instructor. Have taken many classes with him as well as my wife. Still take classes with him and would definitely recommend him as an instructor.
