    I bought a dining room set, Table chairs sideboard and mirror. They shipped the wrong table and after calling them they told us the table that we ordered was not available. The advertised sideboard was actually a dresser from a different collection. Then they informed us that our only remedy was to have it painted. I didn't want to spend $14,000 on a dining set to have it painted. Over the past three months I have had extremely poor communications, email only, the salesman that was so eager to help during the sale will not return a single call. This has been the worst buying experience ever for me. I don't feel like this was a unique situation but more of the way they do business. They have a no return policy which I understand is designed to weed out people with buyer's remorse. That does not give them the right to just ship whatever and tell the customer they are stuck with it. I honestly believe I have lost my money and can only hope to keep others from falling into this trap. At this time, I am seeking legal advice and will update as it develops. BUYER BEWARE!

    Researched Mansion Furniture for Old World dining table, chairs, plus ***** base & hutch. They carry a beautiful set and for a better value than a chain company I found. The manufacturer is A.R.T. and we like the quality and style. Best of all was our interaction with managing *************************************** great people. They were very helpful in getting us additional photos of the ********************************** as it needed to be ordered and shipped. It was quite easy with their help in getting the order placed & tracked to ensure it arrived prior to Thanksgiving. It arrived on November 7th, was delivered and set up efficiently. ****** and his father ******** of the business) delivered to our home in ****, ** and it was a pleasure interacting with them. All packaging and cardboard was removed too. Excellent experience for beautiful furniture and with fine people, thank you Mansion Furniture and your staff! ********************, **

    I ordered multiple rooms of furniture, and had a special request for a certain product that other companies said they couldn't do. You guys did it and I am thrilled. Your delivery guys were awesome, very courteous and professional, made me feel at ease that they needed no supervision from me. Great job and totally satisfied customer here.

    Wonderful family business. Great people to work with. Got most of home furnishings through them as they have high quality ornate furniture which isnt readily available anymore. Would not go to anyone else in AZ. They have the best choices in furniture. Both ****************************** and ****** running the business do an excellent job with providing excellent customer service and delivering and installing all furniture pieces. Will only buy furniture through them in the future also.

    I had a great experience with The Mansion Furniture. I dealt with ****** and he kept me abreast of everything that was happening every step of the way. He was always available when I called or called me back promptly. My order was shipped on time and in the timeframe that I was originally told. Great place to do business with! Ask for ****** he will take good care of you.
