I ordered a custom kitchen cabinet/hutch from this store. I provided a hefty down payment and waited patiently for someone to call and let me know it was done. I ordered the cabinet on March 10.. As of July 1 I had yet to get the call that the cabinet was ready to be picked up. In the mean time, I tried emailing Gabe, the person I who had taken the order. He did reply to my May 12 email as to when I could expect my cabinet, saying only "a couple of weeks." I waited patiently for two weeks and more before I tried to contact him again via email on June 13. No response. I again tried to contact him via email to let him know the urgency of getting the cabinet as soon as possible or refund my deposit, because I was going to be unavailable to pick it up after July 1. No response. I decided to give it one last try and drove to the store on *************** in ******* to inquire in person. I spoke with an associate of ****. He apparently phoned **** and came back to me saying **** would call me within the hour. I left the store and no one called the rest of the day or the next day. I finally submitted a charge reversal on my credit card, as I had no other option. I highly recommend that you do not order any custom furniture from the store unless you are willing to risk never receiving the order.
