              I had a problem with the purchase of a chair and ottoman I made at Copenhagen Furniture in *******. The chair did not swivel. When I contacted ***** at the store she arranged for a replacement of a similar chair but with a pedestal base and allowed me to retain the existing chair until the new chair arrived. I could not have been more pleased with the manner in which I was treated. It is such a pleasure to do business with a company that is honorable and makes customers feel special.
