If I could give negative stars, I would. ******************** is an amazing doctor. Best pediatrician in the valley. His staff? Not worth a damn! Yesterday 8/15, I called because my daughter has contracted MRSA, we played phone tag then they said we have an appt for 11:40am . I use public transportation because my car broke down not too long ago. So at 11:10am when they asked whether Id like to accept it, I declined the appt. They told me call in the morning, never mentioned a time. I called at 9am this morning 8/16 to check for same day appts. After going back and forth as to what to do, she continued to act snippy because I wasnt going to continue having her disrespecting me and belittling me, I mentioned taking legal action. Even though she said there were no appointments available, seconds after what I said she said come at 5:40pm. To my disbelief, I clarified the time multiple times to be told yes, 5:40pm. Before hanging up, she told me dont be late. A couple hours later, another staff member calls me and says they have a 1:20pm appt. I declined because I wasnt sure if I wasnt going to be able to make it for how close my appt time was for my own health. I called two hours later to see if the same day appt at 1:20 pm was still available and they told me no. I said, ok then Ill keep my 5:40pm appt. See you then and she followed with see you then. I called before showing up at 5 pm while ordering my Uber and the automated message stated that the new hours end at 4:30pm. I still ubered there anyways in case they didnt bs me and found myself at locked gates with my 7 month old. We then had to Uber back because its too hot to bus during this time of day.
