    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent ticket purchase for the ********* at the ***************** for the concert on November 21, 2025. I paid approximately $700 for these tickets, and at no point during the purchasing process did the website disclose that the seats had an obstructed view.When I arrived, I was shocked to discover that I could only view the performers from the far side and, for the entire concert, saw nothing but their backs. This is not the experience I paid for, nor was it represented honestly on your site. I specifically avoided other available suite options because those were clearly labeled as having obstructed viewsyet the ********* tickets I purchased did not include any such warning.After the event, I contacted your customer service team seeking assistance and was told that nothing could be done. The representative acknowledged that the ticket description did not indicate any obstruction, yet still refused any form of resolution. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that he was the manager, leaving me with no further escalation path.This experience was not only extremely disappointing, but also feels misleadingespecially considering the amount of money spent and the fact that I discovered your company through ******, a platform trusted by military members and their families. To have such an experience through a partner advertised on a military-support organizations site is particularly disheartening.Given the circumstances, I am requesting an appropriate resolution, whether in the form of a refund, credit, or alternative compensation. I believe this is fair considering the ticket misrepresentation and the extremely diminished concert experience that resulted.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt response.

    I wish there were a 0 star option. I purchased concert tickets at a higher than base price for preferred seating. Was given row and seat numbers. Said seats would be "as good or better" than that. Found out too late that event was strictly general admission.
