              My wife and I cannot thank eSeats and *************************, in particular, enough. We made arrangements to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary with a visit to Wimbledon. We purchased our tickets through eSeats in 2019 and finally made it to Wimbledon last week! Throughout the three year ordeal, *** was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Once we arrived at our seats at Centre Court, it was truly a dream come true. The seats, the tennis, the entire venue far exceeded our expectations. We are huge fans of eSeats and strongly encourage anyone interested in attending Wimbledon to work with *** and eSeats. You will not be disappointed!

              eSeats.com was a very user friendly site to navigate through. The personal assistance was a very nice touch that I have never seen with any other ticket company. I will definitely use this site again. I am very happy with the tickets I have chosen. *** was very patient to walk me through downloading the app to receive the tickets.               OMG, this company is amazing and made my dreams come true!!! : ) I'm trying to complete my bucket list of seeing all of the Grand Slam tennis tournaments. (Former high school competitive tennis player) Recently, I needed tickets to various matches at the French Open. I was able to get them through this site, EVEN when the search method showed nothing available, and EVEN at the last minute. Use the chat feature and ask, they'll help you. These people will really work with you to help you find what you want. They have remarkable connections throughout the world. My seats at the French Open were very reasonably priced, excellent seats, and the entire experience was surreal. I cannot thank this company enough. : ) I'll be using them over and over and am currently asking them to find me tickets to the men's and women's finals and semi finals at Wimbledon!! Can't speak highly enough about them. Use them. : )FYI: I have no affiliation with the people who work at this company in any way. I know no one who works at this company! I'm just a single woman looking to fulfil my tennis-fan dreams and they have worked hard for me. I trust them completely. : )

              EXTREMELY SHADY. THIS IS REALLY A ZERO STAR REVIEW. I ordered 3 tickets for Belmont Stakes equaling $179 in total. I was to receive them TODAY! ***** by email maybe I say this because my ESEATS.COM account only says Delivery Method TM Mobile, I don't know what that means. Earlier today I called the number on the website. A man, who was clearly answering from a cell because I could hear the background street noise, said he could not look up my account because he was Nowhere near a computer! I asked him how the tickets were to be delivered and after a couple of UMs and UHs he said it should be an email with Tickets transferred by the owner, Ticketmaster. As a secondary attempt I went back to the website to use their ONLINE CHAT feature. I typed in my info and it looked like a rep named ****** picked up. I typed Please give me a status on my order and it cycled me back to the line asking me to type in my info. ****** disappeared, so after 2 more times typing in my info and being cycled back to the start, I knew I was SCAMMED by ESEATS.COM. It is 1122PM and I have received nothing by email, text or Ticketmaster app. I started a chargeback on my CCARD, which was not easy, they have a police against event tickets being charged back. I pleaded my case and gave them the same details above and they allowed my chargeback. So to quote an old clich, BUYER BEWARE.

              100% Not True. We have confirmed proof that the customer who filed this complaint received the Belmont tickets purchased via eSeats.com exactly as ordered. As with all Belmont Stakes ticket, the tickets are transferred to the customer's email address using the Ticketmaster platform. In this case, we explained to the customer that they would first need to claim the tickets that were transferred to them BEFORE logging into their Ticketmaster account to use their tickets. It appears in this case the client did not follow the instructions. The customer did contact us after 8:50 pm on a Friday night while we were on business in Europe and we did answer their call on our cell phone. On the call we advised the client to check in their Spam, Clutter or Junk Mail folders and that they needed to accept their ticket prior to logging into their Ticketmaster account. The client did not follow the steps necessary to use their Belmont Stakes tickets. This is not the fault of eSeats, as we provided the tickets the client purchased, but the result of the customer unable or refusing to follow the steps necessary to use tickets transferred using the Ticketmaster platform.

              The so called proof he sent me is a cropped image from some sort of confirmation he received from a company called Ticket Evolution. I admit the next sentence is a guess on my part. It seems like I ordered the tickets thru him (ESEATS.COM) and he in turn ordered them from Ticket Evolution. The fact remains I never received my tickets. My account on his very own website (ESEATS.COM) shows absolutely no proof I was sent my tickets. Ticket Evolution looks like a ticket broker site, I don't have an account them my purchase was with ESEATS.COM. Now he would like you to believe that I am too ignorant to check my Inbox, Spam folder, deleted folder, Ticketmaster account and text messages after I called him and he asked me to do it. The **** still remains I never got my tickets. He was too wrapped ** in his European Vacation to provide any real customer support, His website was just as useless. He was paid for tickets I never got and he has my money aka HE SCAMMED ME.

              When the client first inquired about his Belmont Stakes tickets, we wrote him back saying the tickets were transferred to his email address. I cropped the confirmation from within our point of sale and sent it to him which showed the transfer took place. After the client then claimed the tickets were never transferred, I then emailed requested the transfer confirmation from the exchange and once received I sent the client the actual proof of transfer generated by Ticketmaster. This client wrote an email a few days before the event claiming he was going into surgery and wanted a refund. This client has not intent to pay for his tickets and is committing victim fraud. Fortunately, we have all the proof to show he's the real scam artist!
