5 starsQuick Response Floor Coatings did an excellent job on my garage floor. The chip color looks great and really makes the space stand out. The finish is durable, easy to clean, and gives my garage a polished look. The crew was professional, on time, and paid close attention to detail throughout the process. Im very happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their garage floor.

1 starDon't judge a company by what they do when everything goes right, judge them by what they do when everything goes wrong.Quick Response Floor Coating installed a polyaspartic floor in my garage that has continuously emitted toxic VOC fumes for over 7 months. Air quality tests confirmed unsafe chemical levels matching the product they applied, making the space unusable.From day one, they refused accountability and ignored the ongoing health hazard. They continue to acknowledge the problem but refuse to do anything about it. After months of frustration, I reached out again and was told theyd grind the floor to fix the problem then they ghosted me when it came time to schedule.And good luck having the *** do anything about it, they expect you to perform testing that costs more than the floor itself.If everything goes right, you might think theyre fine. But if theres a problem, expect excuses, delays, and no resolution. My experience has been expensive, unhealthy, and infuriating. I would never hire them again, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.Quick Response Floor Coatings LLC

We have not ignored your complaints - you wanted your saw-cut joints to be caulked/filled which is not our typical standard for installations but we did agree to do this and did not charge you. Once that was completed you have complained of a smell/VOCs - this has not been ignored either - we have been out to your home numerous occasions to remove the first caulking and put a new one in, we have attempted to clean the existing flooring, etc. We have tried many times to make this right - we have even had our manufacturer representative fly in to examine the floor and meet with the ROC.
I'm sorry you feel this way about us - but we have tried everything that we can to make this right. As it was determined in the last meeting, the ************* your garage is testing for is not found in our product so unfortunately we are not sure what it is.
We stand behind our workmanship and there has been no error found in the workmanship we provided in January. We do not feel comfortable responding to threats to blast our business or demanding money from us.
