The date of the transaction formally began when I Zelled the initial amount of $3,300 to AC/DC Electric on June 3, 2023 and a final check payment #**** of $3480 on 6/29/2023.AC/DC Electric had promised to provide a new electrical panel as they stated that the old one was causing the dimming of lights experienced in some areas of my home. In fact this was a total misdiagnosis by AC DC Electric because the problem still remained after paying ACDC Electric a total of $6,780.00. Subsequently another electric company was called who properly determined that the dimming had nothing to do with my original electrical panel but was a Salt River Project problem with one of their incoming lines. The problem was immediately corrected by Salt River Project within twenty four hours and the dimming problem at my home stopped. Unfortunately, ACDC had my new panel installed by two of individuals neither of whom was licensed in ******* and the owner of the company did little to monitor the installation ending ** in a disaster. In fact it has now been almost six months after ACDC had supposedly completed the job so that the ************************ can pass it's final inspection and the city stated they still cannot pass it. In fact the panel as presently left by ACDC electrical is a serious fire hazard. Thus far ACDC in the past five months has done nothing to correct the problem. Because of my lack of trust and confidence in this company I want them to remove what they have installed, refund my money and allow me to have competent electrical company safely install my panel.

I recently purchased a ******** EV car. The local *********************** dealership recommended *** from AC/DC Electric to install a power source to charge my car in at my home and gave me his contact info. I reached out to *** and he gave me a verbal quote for the charger via text. I agreed to the price of $798.00 and ask that he send me an invoice which he did. He also didnt mentioned that there was an additional charge of $80.00 for expediting shipping that I was NOT informed of nor was it on his original invoice. The invoice DID NOT have any of the following: his State License # on the invoice, No terms like No Refunds, Sales are Final, they Do Not Ship, Client MUST use AC/DC to install the product(s) purchased from AC/DC. The night before the scheduled install at 5:48pm *** texted me with an additional quote of $1480.00 to install. I the days ahead I reached out to other installers to see what their fee would be. I found an installer that was MUCH lower than ***. When I told *** to just send me the charger, that I already paid for via *****, he stated if you want the product you can come get it, I'm not a delivery service! It would have taken me 3 1/2 hours to go get the product from his home! I said no, then refund me the $798.00. He then stated your product will be waiting for you to pick up. I again, stated I want a full refund! He then stated again "and for the last time I'm not a *** store, I don't return, deliver or refund so you have 30 days to claim your purchase other I will discard it as I'm not a storage facility either. All this happened on June 15th, ****************************************************** full and he will not send it to me. I was NEVER contracted with him and AC/DC to do the install. He has stolen my charger and taken my money.
