    I bought online courses with sketchbookskool. With the courses you get access to a plattform called skoolyard where people post their art. I have been very active posting my art there for the past three years. For the past two years I also got a free Spark membership which allowed me to participate in their live online courses. This free membership was cancelled a month ago. I did not want to become a paying member but decided to just continue with the courses that I had bought and share my art in the skoolyard. Three weeks ago Sketchbookskool deleted my account in the skoolyard without giving me any reason so that I can no longer access the plattform. I asked for the reason but dont get a reply. Instead they wrote back to me that they have deleted me and that my emails wont be read anymore. They also blocked my email address.Since I bought the courses WITH the access to the skoolyard to share my art with others and to also get feedback, I want a compensation for having been removed from the skoolyard. The skoolyard and the community is an important part of the learning process and for motivation. The skoolyard was the main reason for me to sign up with sketchbookskool and no other online provider for art courses in the first place. The way that they are treating their customers (I am not the only one who has been removed from the skoolyard) is not acceptable at all. I would appreciate very much if you could do something in this case.
