    On January 10, ****, my husband, *******************, obtained dental care from this business for a routine appointment and cleaning. He clearly communicated to the practice at both the front desk and to the hygienist that the reason we were switching dentists was due to unethical billing practices and clearly communicated that he did not want to obtain any treatment that was not at least in part covered by insurance. His comments were acknowledged and then he was later tricked into signing a treatment plan for a laser treatment of $45 per ******** that was not covered by insurance. Our ****** learned is certainly to better read the fine print but the frustration was that the business pushed this and did not communicate clearly that the treatment they were recommending was not covered. When I called to request a refund of $90, I was met with poor customer service and a refusal to take anything into consideration because they had the signed treatment plan. I continue to be appalled that a business can push these types of plans for signature without the customer's clear understanding of what they are signing. My husband's clear verbal request which he was emphatic about was clearly ignored and put into the treatment plan. Instead of paying the $169, we were charged $259. I am requesting a refund of $90 as I believe this business partook in poor business practices. The office manager, who was not privy to the initial discussions is telling an untrue account of what actually occurred. I am beyond frustrated that a business can get away with this. I have written reviews and have cancelled future appointments but believe businesses should be held accountable for ethical practices instead of tricking patients into signing documents that have not been explained.

    These guys really know their stuff. Dentist and hygienist are top notch. Billing was straight forward. They explained all billing and everything was transparent. A+
