    ********************* completed all the steps of extraction, bone powder implantation, and braces in Agave Dental, and completed the whole implant process on 12/3/2020 Throughout the dental implant process, I followed the guidance of ************, and after completing each stage, ************ told me that every stage was very successful and that we could proceed to the next stage. The entire implant was completed on 12/3/2020. ************ told me that the implant was successful and did not tell me any problems that would occur after the implant. ************ and I have been communicating in Chinese during the tooth grafting, so we did not have language communication problems. After the implant, my new tooth always felt uncomfortable. I thought it was part of getting used to the new tooth, it was possible that the implant wound did not grow correctly and I wasn't used to the new tooth. But by 03/2021, I felt that the new tooth was loose .So, I went back to Agave Dental on 03/04/2021 to let ************ check. After the inspection, ************ told me, All the bone powder from before is completely gone and so the tooth is loose., And he pulled out the failed implant. I asked ************ why the dental bone powder was gone and he replied ," I don't know. Give me a few days to think about it. I'll call you and tell you why. If you want to redo it, I need you to pay the full **** again. I have paid my personal portion for dental implants $2500, the insurance company pays the other portion. After nearly three weeks, I didnt receive any information from Agave Dental or ************. So, I called Agave Dental. The woman who answered the phone said that ************ was not in the office and that she'll leave ************ a message, have him call me. I waited a few more days, but still no reply. I sent another email to Agave Dental and they gave me the same answer, "They will tell ************, then h*** call me. Two days later I still didn't receive a phone call from Agave Dental or ************. I feel like Agave Dental and ********************** are trying to avoid responsibility.
