    Please BBB help stop this business yourscoreandmore! I never ever wanted, needed or ordered their service! How did they get my information? What are the in innocent victims suppose to do? This business in the last 12 months has stolen over $123.32 from my fixed income account. I didn't catch it until after the third theft amount was processed. I had to call a number provided to cancel this service and to request they refund my money. The first agent I talked to said she was canceling the account & refunding me the money & was sending me a refund request form a refund request to complete for the file. I have not received any refund or correspondence. When I call they never pick up the line. I have written to them & never get a response. I even tried to find the **** I still cleave not received anything from ******** need my money back. They are fraudulently stealing ************ need to be stopped! Im sick of fighting & crying to attempt to get my money back while they are not punished for their stealing money from innocent people. Why isnt something being done to stop them? Please help! This is serious to me.

    This business sent an unsolicited email to my address and after accidentally opening it I was suddenly subcribed to their service. It says something about 7 days free the monthly subscription fees of ***** for their credit monitiring services. I do not even know how they were able to take out payments without my authorization. I didn't catch it until after the second payment was processed. I had to call a number provided to cancel this service and to request they refund my money. The first guy I talked to on 11/22 ******************* he said was his name sent a refund request. I have not received any refund or correspondence. Now on 12/13 weeks later I call them back and they still haven't approved my money to be returned. So ******* she said her name was said she would send another request to a higher division so that it goes through faster in 7 days.
