      This place is a total scam immediately after I input my personal information they made it seem as if they couldnt verify my identity then I start getting a lot of fraud alerts from my credit wise account in Mission Report. They shut down my bill. Im following the action lawsuit if anyone wants to join Please send me an email. *********** ** ***** *** ****

      We take all complaints very seriously and wish to provide clarity regarding this matter.The complainant attempted to enroll in our services but the personal information provided did not match third-party identity verification records. In accordance with our compliance and security protocols which are designed to prevent fraud and protect consumer data we requested government-issued identification and a copy of the Social Security card to confirm identity. The complainant declined to provide the requested documentation and subsequently requested that their account be ********** the complainants request, we immediately and permanently deleted the account and all associated information from our systems. No services were ever provided, no billing occurred, and no information was retained once the account was removed.We strongly deny any suggestion of fraudulent activity. Our company does not and would not engage in any practice that compromises consumer information. Any fraud alerts the complainant may have received are unrelated to our company.This matter is considered resolved.

      Dont trust these people! Dishonest charged me monthly and credit score didn't budge! Then they have the audacity to tell me that they had been emailing updates on my credit and I never received anything. I wouldnt be surprised if the positive reviews on this site are fake! BEWARE!!

This is driven mostly by having our AI engine analyze your credit report and identifying errors that *** be impacting your score negatively and that need to be disputed with the credit bureaus. Unfortunately, in your case, you did not select any of those negative items to dispute and hopefully get removed off your credit report and hence did not see a score improvement. In addition to that, our AI engine provides you with tools, resources, and alerts that are valuable for anyone looking to better understand, monitor, manage, and protect their credit, regardless of their current credit score and we are sorry that you did not take advantage of those resources.If you would like to review your negative items as well as your credit report, please contact our customer support team and they will be more than happy to do so.

      It required me to call monthly for them to get my account to do what its supposed to do in regards to sending information to ***********. I called canceling my membership out of annoyance babysitting the program and I was told that I would get a discount for another month as they were going to investigate my account then follow up with me which none of this happened so I got charged for a full monthly membership fee so I canceled through the app ** I lost all trust in the process and customer service.

      The member enrolled in Dovly on October 22 and submitted 3 items for dispute. Due to a technical issue on our platform which has since been mitigated, 1 of the 3 disputes generated an error message and was not transmitted to the credit bureaus like the other two. The member contacted our member support team on November 8 regarding the dispute that had errored out, and we resolved the issue on the same day. The disputed item was in fact successfully deleted from the members report on December 3.During the November 8 exchange with our member support team, Dovlys member support agent promised a discount to address the members inconvenience. Unfortunately, because the member paid her subscription fee through the AppStore, we didnt have the capacity to apply a discount to her active subscription fee. In a follow-on exchange on November 22, member support explained to the member that we had this technical limitation. We regret making the offer of a discount when it wasnt technically feasible in this instance, but if the member would like to re-enroll in Dovly Credit Maximizer, our member support team can facilitate creation of a new subscription at a discounted rate.

      I dont see how I was spoken to on November 22nd ** Ive been in the hospital since November 16th and I havent received a single email from your company besides asking for a review. I have no voicemail from your company either.
