6-27-22 I received an email to go to Crumbl for double points only in June. This is the first and only email I received only 3 days before the promotion ended. It stated I had 51 points and when I get 100 I get $10 to spend at the store. I went to Crumbl located in *******, ** on June 29th and made two purchases. A 4pk for $15.32 and a single for $7.21 The points I received were 20. I should have received 40. I did a chat with a **** the Customer Assistant Manager because they don't have a number to call for inquiries. I have pictures of the chats since they were not sent to my email as stated in the chat. (another fail) She said that email had a error and it was only for 6 or 12 pks. I said I never received a second email stating an error and she admitted they did not send one out and only posted on their social media. I do not have any social media. I asked for my points and she ended the conversation. I started a new one and was told no to points earned because the purchase was over. How can you get points back if you never know there is an error until a purchase is over? She also said no to a $10 gift card. She said there was nothing she would do and refused to escalate me to a supervisor.I truly just want what I earned by following the rules of the promo such as 20 points or a $10 gift card. I feel this is a scam to send that email last minute getting people to feel rushed to run out and admitting they only corrected it on social media. I have no proof they even did that since I don't have social media. I went to that store only for the promotion. I was cheated on that promotion. I have the email stating the full promotion as well as my app receipts. **** on the chat had no interest in fulfilling their obligation to a promotion they advertised falsely. The company also says it sends the chat to the email you provide and did not do so. That is why I am sending you screen shots that I took just in case. That is also a false claim that affects the customer.
