      Hello, To whom it may concern--A family gravestone was damaged in March of 2022 by maintenance workers at St. Francis Cemetery. We have pictures of the crushed stone, scraped granite, and destroyed centerpiece holder. We immediately spoke with "******" on 3/21/2022 about the damage and was told "it will be reordered." We continued to follow up, via phone calls, and messages 12 times over the last year. We spoke with or left messages with the "receptionist, " "*********************", and "*************************." Whenever we were lucky enough to speak with someone, we were promised "a new gravestone was ordered," or "it is a supply chain issue," or "sixty more days." It has now been one year since the damage occurred. We believe that work to dig the gravesite two spots directly north of our family's last March (2022), is the related cause of trucks/equipment being drug deliberately over our familys gravestone. We would appreciate resolution--we expect to be provided a purchase order for a new gravestone, and constant communication as to reception of this complaint, apology for mis-management, tangible proof of a work order, and new photos of installation of the new gravestone.Zoom in and out to see crushed edges, tire marks, scraped granite of the gravestone, and a damaged centerpiece.

      Jeff Hodges complaint about the family marker we acknowledged our error and replaced the marker for Deacon Flynn and his wife in the St. Theresa section. There was a significant delay in getting the marker in as we are currently still experiencing a 6-8 month delay with our supplier, but the new marker has been placed.

      2/12/2021 I paid 2 payments for my grandfather’s headstone to St Francis Cemetery in Phx. My family and I were told two weeks after the check cleared the order would be submitted. After the check cleared I called for a follow up and was told the order was being placed and can take 2 months for the headstone would be received. Well after several repeated phone calls and emails I finally got a call back from their manager and they said the order was never placed and can’t take another 6 months. There was no additional updates. Something needs to be done and they can’t continue to treat families like this. The cost of $2960 and this is the customer care service we get.

      Bridgette Espinoza there was an initial delay as the VA wouldn’t accept the DD214 for the marker. The marker was then designed and ordered to the customer’s specifications and the marker was placed in August of 2022.
