    I paid cash for a car from Uryde in January of 2023. I paid an additional $299 for the document fee. The salesman (************) repeatedly assured me before the sale that a paper title would be mailed to me because I was an out-of-state buyer. I was promised that I would receive the title within 45 days to comply with the title requirements of my home state. After 60 days I called Uryde, who admitted that they had messed up the title paperwork, but they refused to fix it. Uryde wants me to spend additional time and money to contact the Arizona DMV to fix their error. In addition, Uryde has blocked my phone number so that I can no longer speak to them directly to request that they fix this issue.In my opinion, Uryde should fix the title paperwork and refund the $299 document fee, because they did not do their job correctly.

    Im writing sincerely so that anyone who comes across this dealership to not purchase their unreliable vehicles. I was lied to about my warranty, lied to about the condition of this vehicle, there was no compensation after ONLY 10 days of purchasing a vehicle from *** and *****. They didnt contact me for days after I initiated the situation. ***** also told me that the 15 days applies to me because Id be traveling from out of state to purchase their vehicle. I told them i needed a reliable car to transport my newborn child which left us stranded on the side of the road. I came to do honest business with cash in hand and instead I got robbed and left with nothing thanks to them. YES nothing, because the car is NOTHING now, it was just fixed to sell to me. It was my fault though, I shouldve known when they were fixing up and tweaking the car after I test drove it. Please for all your sake go anywhere but here before you lose your money.

    ************ purchase a vehicle in ******* **, drove to ********* the same day and continue driving for 2 more weeks.************ called on 8/7/2021 and stated his car broke down on Wednesday August 5, 2021We inform ************ ******* Implied warranty cover 15 days or 500 miles from purchase date. The car must be on our shop to determine the damage, URyde never got the opportunity to see the vehicle or assess the damage, ************ want from URyde to send a tow truck, bring the car back to ******* from ********* and pay for both transport and unknown repairs after the expiration of warranty.URyde sold a vehicle in working condition, the vehicle made it from ******* to ********* and some more. ************ expectation is for Uryde to repair a vehicle disregarding any possible abuse, neglect or adequate fluids and lubricants maintenance.Uryde ****** is committed to customer satisfaction, Unfortunately we cannot warranty a vehicle beyond implied warranty limits or perform unknown repairs after excessive use and unknown driving conditions.
