I am filing this complaint regarding Easy Car Auto Sales (***************************************************************) for refusing to honor the powertrain warranty on my 2011 **** Edge (VIN: *****************) unless repairs are performed at a facility of their choosing.Key Facts:I purchased this vehicle on May 5, 2025, with a 12-month/10,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, as shown in my attached contract and Buyers Guide.The warranty documentation provided by the dealership does not state that repairs must be performed at their facility or a facility of their choosing.According to the ********-**** Warranty Act (federal law) and Arizona law, unless a warranty contract explicitly restricts repair location, a dealer cannot deny warranty coverage because repairs are performed by a qualified, licensed independent repair shop. My vehicle requires significant powertrain repairs, as diagnosed and estimated by ********** Werks (estimate attached). The dealership is refusing to authorize these repairs at **** despite my legal rights. The total cost of repairs is attached as well as proof of the warranty purchase.Initial Complaint

6200 was the total after taxes taga and fees car sat in my driveway for about 1 week and 2 ***** started to drive it and began to notice the engine revs it feels like I'm slipping The car jerks when taking off gaining speed. The ** just stopped working called the car lot a spoke with the man who we bought it from. He said bring it down we want to help.took it in the man drove it (very fast) did not listen trying to explain to him th issue is not when you go fast butbwhen you first start. He told my ex to sit in the office opene the good of the car a did nothing kept telling my ex we want to help but it a is. I have not had the car for 2 weeks and it's breaking down no ac I was willing to swap it with anither car or have them buy it back from me for what i paid No one has reached out to me My car is still slipping and I have no money to fix it Im so disappointed. Its been almost a month I still have not got my plate I went to the dmv and there is no record of this car being sold to me or even registered in my name my tags are gonna expire in 2 days and I cant even temp tags called the place and was told they need to talk to there manager. They dont even remember me bringing my car in reporting the issues or anything The guy even test drove the car after a million and one calls I finally was able to speak to someone. I was told that u bought the car as is I could drive it safely with my kids in the car slipping in low gear for up to ******* miles was also told the paperwork was sent to the dmv but here I still sit with expired temp tags and the dmv has no record of my purchases spoke to someone on Monday who said on Tuesday he will get me a 90 extension temp tag went down on Tuesday to get me the tags and sat outside for 3 hours because they couldnt get into there building ended up leaving with no tags. was told I could safely carry my kids around in a car that jerks everywhere 5 months later transmission issues and clutch is stuck costing over 5000 to fixInitial Complaint

I came to Easy Auto Sales 02/24 to purchase a 2014 Nissan rogue . Before purchasing I checked the car out to make sure everything was fine , even looked at recent reports on the condition of the car and no where in the report does it states that something is wrong with the car .15 minutes after buying I drive home and the car shuts off on me getting off the freeway with my kids in the back seat . I immediately contacted ******** back. Shes the person who sold me the car and I told her what happened? She told me to bring it back at 9am and now that Im back here shes been giving me a hard time. Her and another employee has been giving me the hardest time she offered me to find another car which I did, but I took them to ******** to get them checked out and each of the cars that I test drove. Something was wrong with all of them so I told her I dont want another car. I want a full refund of the $4700 that I gave them last night so I can go else where . On 12/17/2024 I went to Easy Car Auto sales to purchase a 2013 Beetle advertised for $3950. I spoke to the dealership several times prior to going in on 12/17. I informed them that I had a 650 credit score and 2000 for a down payment. The plan was to put 2000 down payment and finance *******. after driving the car I decided to buy it and began to go over paperwork. I had completed all the financing paperwork prior to going to the dealership. Once in finance I am told the price of the car is ******* because I am financing it the price would be more. I was told the 3950 was for cash only. This is the 1st time any mention regarding a different price for financing the vehicle. We complete the financing I give 2000 down payment and leave with car. I was asked to send one more month of bank statements which I did. Then on 1/10/2025 I was called stating the financing didn't go thru and I need to come down before 3pm redo paperwork I was unable to go in due to working. The next day I began getting text messages like" we see you aren't taking our warnings serious" I was told I stole the car. I asked what about the 2000 I put down they refused to answer anything on my deposit they said they would not discuss anything with some who committed a crime against them by stealing the car finally after my asking about my deposit they said they don't have it the bank does despite me giving the money to the dealership. At ********* I was threatened they would call cops and have me arrested for taking the car and the car better be back by 3pm. I called the Phoenix police and they took a report on the matter. I informed the dealership I filed a police report and they have not communicated with me since. I have read numerous complaints against this place I'm not sure how they are still open.Initial Complaint

I bought a car with cash upfront for a total of $5,800, did not lease or have any payments, car was paid in full. They told me that they charged me an extra $1,300 (including tax) to do my registration and title for me so I wouldnt have to worry about it at all, and said that I would be receiving my plate in the mail shortly. The plates never came after a little over a month, so I called them; they told me that they cant give me the title because I have to go to emissions first and then bring my paperwork to the *** and let me know what they gave me were just the permits, THEY DID NOT SAY THAT THEY ONLY GAVE ME PERMITS WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THEY SAID THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND I WOULD NEED TO DO NOTHING/WOULDNT NEED TO GO TO THE **** THEY MISLEAD AND LIED TO ME! After that call I believed them, got my emission tested and went to *** they said that the Easy car LLC SHOULDVE GIVEN ME MY TITLE REGARDLESS! So I called them back and they BLOCKED MY NUMBER! I never read the reviews until this happened, MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE SAID THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT GIVE PEOPLE THEIR TITLES! This business is very unprofessional, THEY BLOCKED ME SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO HELP ME OR GIVE ME MY TITLE! I went to the police station and filed a report. I will be going to their dealership tomorrow and will let them know if I dont get the title I will take them to small claims court. JUST SO YOU GUYS ARE AWARE I paid for the vehicle outright so I shouldve gotten the title immediately. This business should be shut down. Im not even sure if they HAVE the title or if this cars PREVIOUS OWNER has the title. I would like for them to give me a refund, I will GLADLY give them back the car, they should be shut down or have to pay an immense fee for scamming the working class out of their money. Bought a car from them for **** apr 6th 2023, instantly had issues first being a high idle code that was an air flow valve being stuck open, next was cylinder 2 was misfiring and one shop said it was not holding compression meaning a new motor but they wanted me to take it to their "preferred" mechanic, they said it was fine and put in a new coil pack saying that was the reason I had the misfire, this was all within the 15 day 500 mile warranty, now 5 weeks later, no title or licence plate yet, called 5 times every 30min and no answer after 50 calls currently, still have the misfire issue cause their mechanic did not fix the issue but I am now past the days and miles, 45 day temp is up in a few days and have not received title or licence plateInitial Complaint

Bought a used car cash sale all sales final. Over a month later easy car representative called and said they will only release title after another 250 is paid. Much arguing happened and we have all paperwork as well as I recorded the conversation and easy car said the signature of the salesman is not who sold it to us and that person doesn't work there anymore so basically they forged paperwork and are shaking me down for more money. Sold me a car without a check engine light. As soon as I left the check engine light came on. Multiple reports of this happening to other people. Dealer offer the same solution, come back to get it fix but for a price.Told me he was aware of the *** brake issue but it was more expensive to fix than the car is worth, told me I was out of luck if I cant pay for the repairs. I told him this was my entire savings and they are trying to squeeze every ***** out of me.Sold me a car knowing fully about the *** issue and then offer to fix it for a fee. These people are monsters.
