    08/21/2023 ******************* which takes care of the roofs in Discovery at ****** ordered a roof from this company. (They ordered a roof). I received a certified letter from this company RWC saying they were putting a lien on my property for the roof I never ordered, did not sign for never had communications with this company until today which is 8/22/2023. I talked to ******* who acted as if I should pay the bill for a roof I do not own. I do not want a lien for something I did not order, contract, or sign for. Can you please help me?

    Roofing ************* sent out an ******* prelien notice to the customer (***********************) since they are the owner of the property.  ********************** for Discovery @ ****** is an agent of the owner and they ordered the material.  We sent the notice so the owner was aware that we existed and supplied material to the property in accordance with ******* statutes.  The material was recently paid for by the contractor that ****************** hired to do the work.  We have no claim and will not be filing a lien on the property.  I contacted the customer on 8-22-23 and notified her that there will NOT be a lien filed since the balance due was cleared up.
