****** ***** with Patterson Property Inspections did a tremendous job in making sure all bases were covered and gave me a lot of confidence in my first home purchase. His attention to detail was superb, and with the use of high quality equipment for drone footage of hard to reach places, a solid presentation was set to walk my agent and I, as well as parents who tagged along, through on his tablet. Quality, informative answers to all our questions and great advice for how to address the red line items all the way down to the simple DIY blue line items. Hired Patterson because we are fed up each time other contractors come out to fix issues they give us $20k-$30k+ quotes for "immenant problems". So we figured we get an unbiased opinion on the condition of our home as we look to prioritize which renovation projects we want to tackle. 1st impressed with how fast they responded in giving us a quote and prices. 2nd their final report is amazing! They provide color coded list of things to be fixed making it easier to keep track of what needs repairing. 3rd ****** was very professional and did a thorough inspection of our house, he also took the time to give us a walkthrough with instant photos and video at the end for us to keep and was very knowledgeable. Next time a contractor comes out we are armed knowing exactly what is and is not true. They saved us a ton of money and helped us not buy into the contractors' fear mongoring. I cannot recommend Patterson Property Inspections enough! Not only for sellers/buyers but everyday homeowners needing a professional opinion.Patterson Property Inspections

Patterson Property Inspections Is a great company and performed a thorough inspection of our new home. I requested a quote and they were very reasonable and fast to schedule. The technician was very knowledgeable and educated us on the findings. The report was color coded based on level of importance and this report will be used for our new build warranty fixtures.
