    I have been with this company for 3 years at the premier level . My A/C compressor in my house went out and found out the the compressor is discontinued back in 2010 and I need to replace the unit and all the offered is $1192 as they kept telling me every year if you compressor goes out we will replace the A/C unit for you. Sorry to say after 3 years its a *************

    Do not waste your time or money with First American Home Warranty company !!!! They are the absolute worst company to deal with as far as communication, customer service and dependability. Technicians called and cancelled multiple times also showing up hours late or not at all .
