    I would not recommend Road Runner Auto Transport. Despite initial assurances, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor days would go by without any updates, and when I did reach someone, I was given vague or conflicting ************** vehicle was scheduled for pickup, but the carrier never showed. After waiting four days with no contact, the order was suddenly canceled without explanation. I had to scramble to find another transport company at the last minute. Thankfully, I ended up using Sherpa Auto Transport, and the difference in professionalism and responsiveness was night and day.If youre looking for reliability and good customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

    I recently paid for roadrunner to ship my jeep from ******* to ***** when it came time for them to actually ship it four times they canceled, but continued to increase the price every time I called. The gentleman who always answer the phone in their dispatch office was always extremely rude and would not help at all. I could not get anybody else on the phone to help me so I ended up canceling it. He didnt seem to care that I just canceled my order and Im now going with someone else. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service, and the fact that they work with drivers who constantly cancel at the last minute.

Regarding the rate adjustments, there are times when a surge in demand around your desired shipment dates can lead to limited carrier availability. In those situations, to help meet your timeline, we may offer an optional rate increase, but customers are always free to wait until more carriers become available or cancel without penalty.     ************************. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.RoadRunner Transport is a complete disgrace. Ive made the mistake of using them multiple times thinking maybejust maybetheyd get it right eventually. ****. This last time was the final straw. Total disaster.They are habitually late, their drivers rarely speak English, and there's zero professionalism or communication. Its like handing your car off to a black hole and praying it shows up eventually.They are NOT a real transport company. Theyre just a worthless brokerage with no control whatsoever over whos actually moving your vehicle. And when something goes wrongwhich it willgood luck getting any accountability or even a coherent sentence out of their so-called customer service.They treat your time like its worthless. They treat you like youre an idiot for expecting basic service. And they treat your car like its just some hunk of metal to be shuffled around on their broken system of chaos and excuses.If you want your car to arrive late, handled poorly, and after being ignored and lied to repeatedlythen go ahead, use RoadRunner. Otherwise, run the other way.This isnt just bad service. This is hostile incompetence.NEVER AGAIN.

    We are very sorry to hear about your frustration and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. However, we do want to clarify the situation. The original carrier we assigned had to cancel because your vehicle could not be accommodated on his trailer due to space and load limitations. This can occasionally happen depending on the size and configuration of other vehicles already on board. It is a normal part of the logistics process and not something we or the carrier can always predict in advance. As soon as we were informed, we immediately resumed searching for another carrier to complete your transport. Unfortunately, you chose to cancel the order shortly after, before we had the opportunity to secure a replacement. While we absolutely understand the inconvenience, it is important to recognize that not every delay or change is due to a lack of effort or professionalism. We do our best to communicate and resolve issues quickly and we genuinely regret that this was not reflected in your experience. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Roadrunner Auto Transport Review Disappointing Experience I used Roadrunner Auto Transport to ship my vehicle, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations in several key areas.Communication was severely lacking throughout the process. I received very few updates, and when I did reach out with questions, responses were slow and often unhelpful. The online tracking system was not maintained or updated, which made it difficult to know where my vehicle was or when to expect delivery.Most concerning, I received a delivery notification three days after the vehicle had already been dropped off. Even more frustrating, I never received a pickup notification at allthe first time I was informed of the vehicle being picked up was after it had already been delivered. This level of service created unnecessary stress and confusion.While the vehicle arrived in good condition, the lack of real-time updates, delayed notifications, and poor communication made this an overall disappointing experience. I expected more professionalism and reliability from a company in the vehicle transport industry.I would recommend exploring other transport companies that offer more transparent and timely communication before choosing Roadrunner.

    This is by far one of the worst transport companies I have ever dealt with. My car was supposed to be picked up on the tuesday. The sunday before I got an email saying everything was on time there had been no delays and I was i'm going to be picked up on tuesday as scheduled. I lost an entire day of pay to make this transaction happen and then I get a call at 9:00am the day of to tell me that no one would be coming until tomorrow. I was told they would be there.The wednesday at 11am. I was at the pickup spot, no one showed up. I got a call at eleven thirty saying the guy would not be here until 6pm. Went back to the meet up spot at 6pm still no show. I received a message at 6:30pm that he would not be here until 8pm. When you try to call the dispatcher to get some clarity on what's going on, they do not answer the phone and they choose when to answer your text messages. Just an awful experience.

    If I could give a negative negative negative I would. My car was supposed to be picked up. I called them and they told me the window was between nine and nine. They gave me the drivers phone number. The driver told me he just received the information on my vehicle. Then he told me he was in ***** and he couldnt pick up my car until two days later. We had to have the vehicle removed that day. Thats why we scheduled it since my husband and I are moving in. The new owners will be taking ownership of the home. No one ever came, No one ever called. We had to get another company to take my vehicle. Plus, they told us they wouldnt charge us until they picked up the vehicle and they took the money out right away. We will dispute thesecharges since what you have done was fraud. You said you wouldnt take out the money and you did you said youd get my vehicle and you didnt. Absolute trash!

    Unresponsive customer service, I've called over 5 times at this point and been on hold for hours. They assigned carriers with times before the scheduled pick up date, had zero communication the day before and of pick up date (over a weekend when offices were closed so nobody picked up when I called) and now assigned a pick up date after I've left the state. I've been on hold with customer services hours this morning during operating business hours to move the pick up date or cancel the service entirely. For a logistics business, this is ridiculous. I read some of the BBB reviews beforehand and was skeptical but heard good things from a friend and this experience has been utterly disappointing.

    One Star - Extremely Poor Communication and Service I would not recommend RoadRunner Auto Transport based on my recent experience. My vehicle was ready for pickup on June 3rd, and I was told it would be picked up no later than June 9th. After numerous calls and follow-ups with their dispatch team, I was finally assigned a carrieron June ******* make matters worse, the carrier wasn't even informed that the pickup lot closes at 5 PM, so they missed the window. The pickup has now been pushed again to Monday the 16th.I only found this out because I personally had to call the carrier's dispatchinformation I should have received from RoadRunner. If I have to chase down updates and coordinate logistics myself, what exactly am I paying RoadRunner for? This whole experience has been frustrating and stressful, and I feel completely let down by their lack of communication and professionalism.

You booked with us on June 3 requesting same-day pickup, and while we do our best to meet all preferred timelines, its important to note that all pickup and delivery dates are estimated as outlined in our terms. Your vehicle was located at a Copart facility, which adds complexity as not all carriers are equipped to handle their specific access requirements and limited release hours. Although we assigned a carrier by June 13, we understand how frustrating it was that the pickup was missed due to the lot closing at 5 PM. The carrier should have informed us of this issue at the time, but unfortunately, we are only learning about it today. We truly regret the stress and inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can work to prevent situations like this in the future.
