1 starFrom the original car dealership down to this shop for warranty work, all have been a horrible experience. At first all seemed glitter and rainbows. From the truck I bought at Rock auto being totaled a year later not from a wreck but from extensive rust damage that was hidden with bondo and aluminum tape. Then getting raped on a swap out for a new vehicle to make it right. The new vehicle I got ended up blowing a oil cooler within 25 days, that not being the issue tho. The issue was having to take it to this shop for the warranty repairs I had to pay for parts. Since they did the repairs I dealt with crazy over heating issues and went through 2 radiators and they would build up and leak. After the second radiator the oil cooler blew again and I personally repaired it myself this time as it wouldn't be covered by warranty. Discovering that they installed the first one improperly by adding a gasket material to the * rings way to much at that clogging some coolant ports most likely the cause of my over heating issues and having to buy 2 radiators and 2 oil coolers. This shop is unexperienced, sloppy and likely rip people off.Review fromDemetrius J

1 starI hate to be a sour patch . But I have to express my frustration. I purchased a vehicle a few months ago, as we all know ******* is one of the hottest states. The car AC never worked and the car wont shift . I called in about 1 month ago to schedule services on the car . I then called yesterday on 8/14 to verify my appointment, and was told I was all good to take my car down to true fix, in addition I was told I had a a past due balance for collateral , I made payments arrangements to have it paid for Friday the 18th, the agent whom I spoke with mentioned it was ok for me to bring my car in to true fix and they will take a look at it , I spoke to another agent and I was told the same thing , once I got down to true I was told my warranty was voided for non payment . Right there I was confused because that was the reason I called to make arrangements. I spoke to a manager *** whom was very rude about the situation, he directed me back to true then true fix directed me back to him ! It seemed like no one knew their job duties, in addition I mentioned to true fix if my warranty was voided why did they service my car a few months ago . I then asked if I can pay out of pocket to get my car fix there and I was told no I have to find my own mechanic, not to mentioned the car had 4 recalls on it that I had gotten fix , one in which was the door latch , I was driving on the freeway and the door completely opened on the road, Im frustrated because the lack of empathy, lack of training and false information, **** was the only one whom was apologetic he mentioned he needed to be coached as-well because I was given false information, I was not notified about the voided warranty until I got to truefix, if I wouldve had known this information I wouldve got my car fix at the **** dealership, its sad that I only had this car for 6 months , transmission is slipping and the car has no AC. Warranty or not I was willing to pay out of pocket and was dined service.True Fix

1 starBought the car and notice the brakes werent stopping properly , took it to get checked out immediately and the brakes were at 5% . Explains the weird jolt it would make when trying to stop. Thank god no one was killed. Also within two months of having the Jeep grand Cherokee the car starts to over heat and now needs a new engine . Our vehicle has been in the shop going on three months ! Weve been paying for a vehicle that we cant drive. When we call truefix they either dont answer or take all day to pick up the phone. They keep telling us our car is next with being worked on. We let a week pass and still the same answer your car is next on the rack . Maybe if the dealerships these cars come from wouldnt sell crappy cars to begin with there wouldnt be so many cars to work on. These dealerships and mechanic take advantage.Review fromRodney M

1 starThis place is the dollar store of mechanic shops and the horrible customer service awareness is out of this world. This organization should be banned from anything dealing with a customer vehicle. They've had my car now for 8 weeks!!! It didn't even get looked at until the middle of the 3rd week! I get it, people are in line before me and I hats fine. But don't sell me stories about the progress or lack there of about my car!!!!! 98% of the time they won't even answer their phone and it's clear about why that is. THEY'RE TIRED AND EMBARRASSED OF ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEING POURED ON THEIR HEADS!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DEAL WITH WITH ANYTHING TIED TO CACTUS JACKS AS THEY ARE THE **** RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FAKE AND LOW MORAL HAVING ORGANIZATION. THEY DONT EVEN QUALIFY TO BE CALLED A BUSINESS. A REAL BUSINESS WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SO AS TO AVOID REMARKS LIKE OURS. I SAY OURS BECAUSE THERE ARE COUNTLESS DISAPPOINTMENTS DERIVING FROM TRUE FIX AND CACTUS JACKS. I WOULD LOVE TO HOLD SIGNS AND STAND IN FRONT OF BOTH ORGANIZATIONS AND LET THE MASSES KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY GIVE MECHANICS A BAD RAP!!!!! THEY ARE THE REASON SO MANY PEOPLE ARE SCEPTICAL ABOUT AUTO SHOPS. Leaving a one star rating was leaving too much. I tried to leave it empty!!!!Review fromRobert B

1 starOh I purchased a car from them literally one week ago to the day they say that their vehicles are checked before they're put on the lot will this car was checked apparently I guess so they say I said I wanted a certain car they gave me keys to another car and said this is your car same car different color I got less than a drive cycle or a drive cycle on the freeway from buying the car and the check engine light comes on for the catalytic converter needing to be replaced I called them from that day on five times a day every day until Friday when I finally got a hold of somebody they said we put your information down somebody will be reaching out to you this afternoon nothing at all happens this place is a scam they won't even fix the cars when they say they're going to reach out to you do not buy from this dealership Auto auction all they are is a huge scam tell them about having any problems I was avoided the entire week I wonder why they can get fee to fix the car but they'll probably have for a month when it only takes an hour and a half to do and then they'll probably say we don't have the parts they're on backorder which they're not and they will never be because it's a regulator Thursday so I went ahead and fix the car myself for $138 let me check engine light went away I do not recommend anybody go to AutoNation jacks or drive time or anybody like that because they all use the same mechanic they're all part of the same schemeTrue Fix

1 starI bought a car 2022 not less than six months later my engine went out. It took them a month for fix my car. Less than 6months later the transmission went out. My car been in shop since the ending of March. There was a bunch a cars in front of me. It took them 3 weeks to look at my vehicle. I have a warranty but for no explanation I had to pay two deductible for the transmission. When they repaired my engine when I got my car back it was more problems they created and still didn't fix. I have been calling since Monday of this week to get an answer if they started working on my vehicle, no call backs and Noone is contacting me. I need my vehicle this is frustrating why can't they fix everything that's wrong with the first time. my vehicle instead of bits and parts. The same problem I had I told them about and they didn't fix the whole problems. Legally can I do something regarding this.Review fromXen G

1 starI had my car towed to True fix (which i paid for) on March 27th for my car overheating and a water sloshing noise in the engine bay as well as a rumbling when i put ny car in reverse I have taken my car in for overheating twice before this. I was told it would be ***** before it would be diagnosed. They diagnosed it on Monday the 17th saying I need a new engine they neglected to say why I needed a new engine or how they came to this conclusion. I have tried calling them multiple times since then and left multiple voicemails. They still havent gotten back to me after Ive paid my deductible. I want to know why my engine is needing to be replaced and if they even checked the components of the coolant system as well as if they will be replacing the motor mounts which is likely the cause of the rumbling when I put my car in reverse. I am very tired of waiting for my car to be fixed just for it to possibly be back in the shop in a couple weeks.
