    Truck was at bell collision from end of March to the middle of May. Truck was there for a fender replacement, axle, hub, cats and tie rods. First **** there "number one" technician had the truck for tear down and repairs. Everything seemed to be going well until I got my truck back from paint. Fitment was not close, paint match was not close, alignment was way off. The only thing that was done correctly was the catalytic converters. When I contacted ************* assured me he would take care of any issues as they arise and that is the norm when it comes to these types of repairs. He stopped answering calls and text after I informed him of fitment and alignment issues. I soon realized I don't want someone like that working on my truck anyway. On to the paint issues. IT DID NOT MATCH AT ALL. I brought it up to one of the managers ****** who was very understanding and agreed it was way off. Unfortunately I had to deal with **** for the issue and he agreed to repray it. Then when I Finally was able to get him to take the truck back to go over the paint he said due to the "flop" is why it looks different and that it actually does match. Why did it take 4 days to come to this conclusion? Why would you even take it back in if you didn't agree that the paint was off?? Then he proceeded to tell me that there *************************** told me it wouldn't match. So I agreed to have mismatching panels on my $60,000 truck!!?? Are you joking?? I am so over dealing with unprofessional people who don't want to do there job so I just went and picked up the truck. After contemplating what to do next I decided ************. However they only used one coat of paint and did not clean before painting so there is dirt and dust in the paint as well as several imperfections that the wrap shop will not touch it until corrected. OUTSIDE OF ******, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE QUALITY OF WORK!IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!

    When **** brought vehicle into the shop for repairs, he suggested he wanted to save money after insurance company already cashed him out. He provided the fenders which were aftermarket fiberglass fenders. At that point I told him we could not guarantee fitment on something that was not an OEM part. He was ok with it and proceeded to do the repair. When the vehicle was ready to go to paint, the ************************* had a conversation with **** explaining the color will be off because the angle of the fenders where they meet the door.  Once the vehicle was painted it did appear that the color of the fenders compared to the doors were off, but it is due to the "flop" of the panel compared to an adjacent panel. The fenders **** provided, have a 45-degree angle where they meet at the front of the doors which causes the color to appear to be off. I sent pictured of the spray out card to him showing him that the color is exactly the same on the fenders and doors. I also sent him pictures of 4 different ****** tundras with similar aftermarket fender that all have the same "flop" and the color appears to be off but they are not.

    My car was in the repair shop at Bell Collision for an accident. 2 days after picking up my car the engine seized on the side of the road. Bell Collision took the car back in for inspection and provided a rental car at their expense per ***** authorization. A week later I was called and told that the engine was under covered under Cadillac and so the car was moved to another repair shop. ***** authorized the use of the rental car until Dec. 7, 2022 and I was told that Enterprise would be paid by Bell Collision. I have never heard another word from anyone until mid-March when I was contacted by Enterprise for complete payment of the rental that ***** from Bell authorized. When I contacted Bell Collision I was told that ***** no longer worked their and that they would not be paying for any rentals because ***** didn't have the authorization to do it. I have an email from Enterprise even stating that they talked with ***** and that they would be paying for the rental car. I tried working the Bell Collision but they are refusing any further consideration and will only say that ***** didn't have authorization. I feel like this is fraud and that I was completely misled and lied too. I can not afford to pay for a rental car and had Bell Collision not represented themselves in December I would have made other arrangements for transportation rather than be stuck with a $547 rental car charge that I can not pay. I don't understand how ***** was able to authorize this and I feel like Bell Collision doesn't want to pay the bill so they are using the excuse that ***** didn't have authorization. It is their responsibility because no matter what ***** was representing their company and I was lied to and now do not know how to even resolve this since I don't have $547 to pay Enterprise and my credit is on the line.

    the body shop was under the impression the vehicle was needing more items that were accident related. it was denied by geico(her insurance company) that the motor needing replaced was not due to the accident. she had just purchased the vehicle right before the accident. if in fact the issue and needing a rental car was due to the accident or poor repairs by the body shop, her insurance or the shop would have covered the cost of the rental. but because she bought a used car that was a lemon theyare responsible for the cost of the rental vehicle
