    Firs* of ALL i am A Respes*ful person Ve*eran. I came in*o Andys collision during *he Thanksgiving holiday af*er calling ******* *imes speaking wi*h ***** on *he phone. Thinking *ha* I would ge* professional cour*esy es*ima*e when i came in*o shop several *imes, was i wrong, af*er he ignored me blew me off *hree differen* *imes. Wow Af*er *** wen* on Vaca*ion for 10 days during *hanksgiving i wen* over *he es*ima*e wi*h ***. Af*er ca Dec refully looking a* many concerns i had he ac*ed like he didn* give a s*** Excuse my french. i gone *o several shops and was concerned abou* *he work *he repu*able shop. i *hough* i* was good friendly ness un*il i *ook on *his collision *o my 2012 **** mus*ang conver*ible, Big mis*ake. Af*er *** wen* on Vaca*ion ***** came up *o me and he said i don' * *hink we *he Righ* shop for you. This was *he wors* experience i have ever had. Af*er my apology *oward *** he *ook paymen* since i* was ou* of pocke*. i was *old *o bring i* in af*er *hanksgivings *ha* Tuesday Dec 3, 2024, i came down AND GAVE ***** a $500 down paymen*. Which *hey didn'* have any par*s un*il *ha* Wed Dec 4, and called mul*i *imes on *he par*s, which was also a nigh* mare. I didn'* need a bumper cover which was charge. Also *he *runk assembly including new spoiler was never replaced. ins*ead *hey pa*ched *he old one sloppy job. *** ALSO called abou* *he hole in bo**on bumper which being a ve*eran *hey deduc*ed a couple hundred dollars, Thanks *ha* is my Ve*erans discoun* ***. your really an arroogran* A** *owards m* repairs, You and *** lousy commica*ion *owards me. A**ach all pho*os including, *runk, spoiler, *runk lid unbend usable i was *old. I am offended by *he way you guys mis-lead me in no* looking a* *his seriously. Your guy even Torn my CRV FABRIC Loading OLD saved par*s. Pho*os of new spoiler never replaced old one. Tailligh* and upbumper where damage was only *wo i*ems needed replaced. Sincerely *******
