    I had my transmission rebuilt by these guys on 12/09/2022. Approximately 2 weeks later, less than 500 miles, I experienced more issues which required another payment; a total of **** dollars was spent. I was told by ***********************, at AAMCO, I was 1 of 5 people in the *********** **** is giving me new parts since they are discontinuing old parts. I contacted **** and they denied any such information. I was informed ***** owned Super Discount Transmission in Avondale, recently forced to close, due to selling/buying/installing bad parts. I believe this is happening and I was wrongfully charged. I would like an investigation to be initiated with this location. I do not trust their word and now will be seeking alternative opinions and options.

    We came here to have our Jeep Compass fixed as it broke down while we where in Pheonix. Would not have been our first choice but we live in **** so a tow truck was not an option. We dropped it off on the 28th of October and where told they would look at it by 30th of October. We where given an estimate then we agreed to the finance option and supposedly they to fix it and stated it would be done by the end of the week by it was not the case and we had to call in on the 6th of November just to get an update and was told that the diagnostic guy was not there and they would call back. We never received the call back until the next day on the 7th of November and where told the car was read that morning. I have work so I requested an hour off so i could take my husband to get the car and sign any financing paperwork. We get there at ****ish on and the man stated that the diagnostic guy was giving the car a test ride and we just signed financing paperwork but we where still waiting on the car and it was 125pm at this point so my husband asked how long this test drive was supposed to be. Thats when we where told the man who had our car phone was dead and they couldnt not contact him and we could go back to get the car when they where ready. We where upset as we where told it was ready and I already took the hour off to get our car that we where told was ready to go. My husband stayed behind as I had to get back and he was there for another 30 minutes and the man kept offering to buy him an Uber but we live 20 minutes away and he wanted to get our car today. Finally the guy who had our car came back and stated there was traffic but where where they taking our car that was over an hour away? Also I know we dropped our car off with a full tank of gas and my husband told me there was only half a tank left. We will never be using this business again. Terrible customer service.
