    Worst ****************** ever! Unprofessional, does not care to meet the needs of the customer. Hangs up in people faces when they are trying to come up with a solution with payments towards the vehicle. The entire billing department needs to be fired. Theyll argue with you and everything.

    First off I want to say the ******* office staff is professional and helpful. However the billing department is unprofessional and to make things worse the department is outsourced to ******** and ********..do I need to say more? Anyways first off regarding toll charges, they add additional money to the actual toll charge, example a toll charge in ******* is **** so the charge you the **** plus an additional. 54 cents which is illegal and no reference to the fee in the contract, they do hot you a **** charge each day when you go through a toll which is stipulated in the contract. When you call the billing department they can't even explain the details of the invoice??? What is the billing department for smh? Then they say contact the ******* office and rhe ******* office says contact billing. In addition I had 2 Equinoxs that both broke down and had to be returned the the ******* location costing me time and money. Anyways I am done with this company not because of the ******* staff but the billing department that is unprofessional and located out of ***************** and have no business being involved in customer service they are horrible.

    They are a total scam. I like another complaint also have money being held up. It all started when I rented a ***** Equinox from them in ******. After a few hours, the vehicle broke down in the middle of a trip while enroute to the airport. It had to be towed back to their store. The following day, I was switched into another Equinox which did the same thing after a few hours. After no longer feeling safe in any of their vehicles, I decided to cancel the remainder of the rental which would have been for a week. This left my account with a $637 credit. After a week of nothing, I called once again to billing where I was told the deposit of $249 will take 2 weeks to get back while I will see the $388 back on my cards in the next couple of hours. I asked how is it that it's been a week and now I'll see it in a couple hours and was told, "It's because our system was down". Sounds like the typical answer from an illegitimate business. I completely feel like all the good ****** reviews are paid for or flat out fake. I would've never went with them if it wasn't for Uber. Now that I know what I know, I'll never do business with them ever again.

    Terrible experience. You can't reach the front desk to ask a question you have to drive down there to talk to anyone, after waiting in line for hours you get to wait a few more hours and waist your whole day and all you wanted was an oil change. To get anything done you miss hours of work because the car you got transfered into was broken when I got it. I missed two days of work to get transferred into a broken car and all I got credited for was $27.

    Rented from them 1st time car broke down 2 times battery died was told to flag someone down for a jump. Battery died again called was sent to battery plus to get battery to replace myself still no results key fob had to be reset no asst 48 hrs later they finally towed car then charged me ******. Rented a second time car was leaking fluid was told to take it to a mechanic who kept the car got a different car brakes was making noise returned car was charged a early return fee never got $250 deposit back the first time then the 2nd time they kept my $250 deposit again and tried to bill me another $161. I called to complain was told someone would call me back in 48 hrs it's been over 2 months overtime I call they say a supervisor is looking into it. Horrible customer service

    Horrible company. I rented a 2023 from Ucars. My car a lot of times wouldnt start up. So one day my car wouldnt start up it was at 4:45pm I tried calling Ucars of course no answer. So I had to wait until the next morning. I called the tow company in the morning thinking something is wrong with the car because I owed no money. The tow company informed me that Ucars cut my car off. So I had to wait until 9am to finally speak with someone. I was told that I owed $8.97. I was in the middle of a challenge with Lyft by the way. So I didnt understand where the $8.97 came from. So I said $$8.97 is no big deal I paid the money I was told that in one minute the car will start right up. I go to start working the car still wont start up. I called back to Ucars I was told that they had text some guy to turn my car back on. Give it a few minutes. I was still waiting I called back and ****** got on the phone. Im explaining to her that I feel like I should be compensate and that someone shouldve sent me an invoice if I owed $8.97. Mins you its 11:30am by now and the car still is not starting up. Im explaining to her that im paying for a car that I cant move. So finally the car starts up around 12:10pm. We get off the phone i started driving for Lyft. The next day im out driving and the car dont start up after I took my break. I called in to get the car started. So im irritated because its hot outside and I had to wait. I go home and when I come back outside the car is gone. I owed no money. So I call Ucars billing to see whats the problem now. I was transferred to the front desk and she (******) tells me that she got approval from the manager to take my car because she said I said I wasnt going to pay for the car. I been paying for the car and this is how I make my money. So basically she took my car because she lied and said that. So I go up to Ucars to get my stuff out the car and to return the key. Charged for repo and key I return. How???

    Honestly the biggest problem ucars has is the **** management and staff, I was in not one but 2 accidents that neither were my fault. I've been trying to contact management for the shop information so I could give to the insurance but either I would be told I would get a call back or always having to leave a voicemail and never hearing back. I have even went up to the store to where I would be told they wasn't there or in a meeting 4 **** times. Always avoiding me for what some shop information. Ridiculous and immature management, anyways don't spend your money at this establishment as they are lousy lowlifes.

    First, Ucars has changed their address:****************************************************** Phone same: ****************** (rarely, if ever do they answer)Text, after paid they don't respond Email, after paid they don't respond Been trying to contact for a week now, no updates on the $677 that was supposed to be returned to me. Although I have texts with a nice employee that was trying to help... they unexpectedly she was immediately pulled away. It was said I was assigned to someone else, who never contacted me. This all started 8, May 2023. Right after final payment. Now they have $782.One of the texts:Your deposit was only $249 so like I stated total you'll be receiving $677.99 back. Other than the $249 deposit anything you paid that day when picking up the vehicle was towards your payment and will not be refunded. If you have any further questions please reach out to the office. This isn't in my hands anymore. And the door has been locked when it was usually open, or so I'd would have thought. No hours posted, or days they are open on new building. Seems they started a move a few weeks ago. They are however available immediately to rent a car out, and get paid--well immediately on their time-line. I'm still trying to figure out the status of my money.Personally have no issues against them, just want to square up. Guess I'll be calling an attorney this week, without commication, how else does one fix this?

    This place has robbed me of money. I have bills to pay, kids to feed and take care, and places to get to the car literally was leaking oil in my garage Tuesday. And broke down on me Wednesday while taking my kids somewhere, this is completely unacceptable and you guys expect me to spend money with you?! This is outrageous I cant make money without my car. How do you expect me to take care of my kids? Feed my family keep a roof over our heads. I want my money back

    Very rude and disrespectful havent heard back from managment its been 8 months they leased vehicles that broke down on me they were very dishonest as well they charged my credit and charged me for fav when I was on the bus bring it too them they never replaced the vehicles and they took my money repeated hangups no resolution
