    I originally ordered a set of 5 interior carbon fiber trim pieces and a MMI dash piece for my 2014 **** S4 on September 4th, 2024. At first, **** responded to my emails with updates on timing. His website stated a lead time of 2-6 weeks and he assured me in emails that it would take a couple weeks. Fast forward 2 months and **** started taking longer and longer to reply to my inquiries for timing sometimes waiting up to 2 weeks before replying. Eventually I received the carbon fiber MMI dash piece on January 7th which was 4 months after my initial order date. However, I never received the other half of my order valued at $1150. I am writing this complaint as of April 28th, 2025 and I still have never received the 5 trim pieces. The last email **** responded to was on March 7th, 2025 stating that he has not been ignoring me and when he gets back to a computer he will respond to my dozen or so emails. I have since asked for a refund 8 times and have received no response. I then checked the online reputation and the **** community and Yelp. They all state that **** has stolen thousands of dollars from many customers and runs a fraudulent business. He will send you part of your order or none at all and never refund you your money back. He is guilty of grand larceny according to my states laws of e-commerce. **** needs to be investigated and forced to pay back all of the customers he has stolen from. All I want is my money back.

    I purchased a set of carbon fiber trim for my Audi S4 from oCarbon, after initially corresponding with *********************** (owner). The product cost $1,150 and was purchased through the oCarbon website on 06/28/2022, order #****. In the product description, oCarbon stated that it could take 2-6 weeks to produce the trim pieces if the parts were not in stock.The lead-time is now passed, and I have attempted to reach him by email, oCarbons online contact form, and direct calls/voicemails to the number provided on his website. **** has not responded to any of my inquiries over the last several weeks. I have now discovered that ****/oCarbon have negative reviews on Yelp and ********* most of which describe him as fraudulently taking money without delivering a product.I would like to have the money refunded.
